My journey began over 30 years ago with the founding of Kovanis Services. Building Kovanis Services from the ground up was the first mountain to climb, but the real challenges came with scaling and diversification. One of the most significant struggles was navigating the transition from a specialized service provider to a global entity with the Kovanis Group.

Managing the acquisition of Sat-Lux LTD and launching Sat-Lux SA required more than just financial investment; it required a total shift in mindset. We had to bridge different corporate cultures, navigate international regulations, and maintain our quality standards across borders.

Beyond the logistics, we’ve operated through three decades of massive disruption:
