Golden Therapy Center was created in 2015 as a group practice with highly skilled clinicians that work well together with different specializations in the field of Marriage & Family Therapy. Our goal is to provide support to the family system while at the same time consulting with one another to provide the best treatment for our clients.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Golden Therapy Center has had its fill of bumps in the road from administrative issues to identifying the best clinician. We were able to figure out our obstacles over time and created a smooth path to treatment for our clients.

Golden Therapy Center – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We are a psychotherapy practice in the heart of Sherman Oaks California and we specialize in treating men and women in different stages of life whether identifying their goals as they are just starting their life out of college or mothers that are empty-nesters looking to create a new role to put their mark on the world. We also provide treatment for those in the creative/entertainment world, working with actors, writers, producers, & musicians.

We help these artists and executives build upon prior success to maximize their future success. We also offer groups for victims of domestic violence & first time parents.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
We are fortunate to be in a field that we often have the honor to watch our clients gain the tools and perspective to improve their lives socially, professionally and romantically. Watching many who have come to our practice initially feeling depressed and anxious identify a future filled with hope & success is something we all at Golden Therapy are very proud to enable.
