Today we’d like to introduce you to Junko Nagahama.
Junko, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I’m originally from Tokyo Japan. I moved to America in 1994. I have been practicing hair dressing since 2002. I absolutely love what I do, cutting and coloring hair!! I have been blessed by a great mentor, hair dresser I worked with and clients.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely, it has been challenging. Knowing and being able to create are two different things. Keep educating myself is definitely important for me.
