Irene, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I noticed a lack of healthier snack options in different buildings and places I visited. That is when I decided to open this business and supply vending machines with healthy snack and drink options to companies and businesses to help promote a healthier lifestyle for employees and customers.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It hasn’t been a smooth road since I started the business, there are ups and downs along the way. The main struggle is introducing healthier options vending machines to businesses and updating the existing machines to newer technology and having healthier snacks and drinks for their employees and customers.

Key To Health Vending brings healthy vending option to businesses and facilities in the San Diego area. We specialized in placing healthy vending machines and replacing junk food machines with healthier snack and drinks option. What sets us apart from others is we are proud in promoting healthier meals, snack and drink options in the workplace that employees and customers crave.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
I don’t believe that luck or bad luck played a role in my life and business. What makes me is based on the decision and how I see myself and my business in the future. It’s a matter of putting hard work in life as well as in business.
