Hi Bryan and Juan, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My partner and I grew up around barbershops, so we’ve seen how the atmosphere can make or break a place. Some shops feel welcoming, others feel uncomfortable and we knew we wanted to change that.

We built a shop where anyone can walk in and feel comfortable, no awkwardness, no pressure just good energy, affordable cuts, and a real community vibe.

Giving back is a big part of what we do. From toy drives to free back-to-school haircuts and everyday student specials, we’re here for the people. We know what it’s like to not always have money for a haircut or to not feel confident walking into school.

At the end of the day, it’s bigger than hair for us it’s about confidence, community, and making sure no kid feels left out over something we can help fix.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been a smooth road. The city has a lot of municipal codes, and navigating permits can be challenging especially when all we’re trying to do is give back to the kids and the community.

But for us, it’s about staying persistent. We work with what we have, figure it out, and keep pushing forward. Nothing’s going to stop us from doing what we set out to do and that’s show up for the community and make a real impact.

It’s not just about one good haircut or one good day. It’s about being reliable, staying disciplined, and creating an experience people can count on every time they walk through the door.
