Meet Bailey Noble of Bai-li Deodorant in Sherman Oaks

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bailey Noble.

Bailey, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I’m the founder of Bai-li Deodorant and I’m just over a year into this journey! So far, it’s been amazing! I’ve loved watching Bai-li grow month by month and learning the nuances of owning a small business!

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The only speed bump Bai-li has experienced so far was Covid at the beginning of this year. My sales dropped almost 50%, however I was extremely happy when they picked back up again in June and have continued rising since!

Bai-li Deodorant – what should we know? What do you do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
I created Bai-li Deodorant in my personal quest to find a natural deodorant that actually worked and wasn’t packed in plastic! I feel very proud to be supplying a plastic-free alternative to a product most people use every single day!

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
For a small business, the markers of success come in small daily wins, like when a customer is happy or when you make one more sale than you did yesterday.
