Hi Tridhaman, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My photography journey began in my teenage years when my parents gave me my first camera. What started as capturing everyday moments quickly evolved into a passionate hobby. I spent hours experimenting with composition, lighting, and subjects, often organizing impromptu photo shoots with friends and family. As I progressed through high school, my interest in photography deepened. I began sharing my work on social media and photography forums, receiving valuable feedback and encouragement from fellow enthusiasts. 

After graduating, I decided to pursue photography professionally. I enrolled in a renowned photography school where I refined my skills under experienced mentors, exploring various genres to find my niche. 

Upon completing my education, I started freelancing. The early days were challenging, but each project helped refine my craft and learn essential business skills. 

Now, I continue to explore different genres, from portraits to landscapes, aiming to capture emotions and stories through my lens. I’m excited about the possibilities ahead and committed to honing my craft and making photography a meaningful part of my life. 

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, my journey as a photographer has not been entirely smooth. I’ve encountered several struggles along the way: * Technical Learning Curve: Mastering camera settings, understanding lighting techniques, and grasping composition principles was initially daunting and required dedicated study and practice. 

* Financial Constraints: Acquiring quality equipment and investing in professional development, such as workshops or courses, often strained my budget as a beginner. 

* Creative Blocks: Finding my unique style and staying inspired was challenging at times, leading to periods of creative stagnation. 

* Client Acquisition: Building a client base and securing paid gigs took persistence and involved facing rejection and competition. 

* Work-Life Balance: Balancing photography with other commitments, like studies required effective time management and sacrifices. 

* Self-Doubt and Criticism: Overcoming self-doubt and learning to handle criticism constructively was crucial for personal and professional growth. 

Despite these challenges, each obstacle taught me valuable lessons and contributed to my development as a photographer. The journey has been rewarding, albeit with its share of ups and downs.

I specialize in portrait and lifestyle photography, focusing on capturing genuine emotions and storytelling through imagery. My work highlights human connections in family portraits, intimate couple sessions, and lifestyle shoots that portray authentic moments. What sets me apart is my ability to create a relaxed atmosphere during photo sessions, allowing subjects to express themselves naturally. I aim to create visual narratives that evoke emotions and resonate with viewers. 

I take pride in the relationships I’ve built with clients and their trust in me to document significant life milestones, from newborn shoots to engagement sessions. 

My style is clean and timeless, prioritizing genuine expressions over posed compositions. I continually refine my skills by experimenting with new techniques and staying updated with industry trends to keep my work fresh and distinctive. 

Photography is my passion for connecting with people and telling meaningful stories through my lens. Each project is a chance to create something unique and memorable. 

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
The most important quality or characteristic I feel is crucial to my success as a photographer is empathy as it allows me to understand and connect with my clients on a deeper level, enabling me to capture their true essence and emotions in my photographs. By empathizing with their experiences, desires, and emotions, I can create a comfortable and trusting environment during photo sessions, which ultimately leads to more authentic and impactful images. Additionally, empathy helps me to adapt to different situations and personalities, ensuring that each client feels valued and understood. This quality not only enhances the quality of my work but also contributes to building long-lasting relationships with clients, leading to repeat business and positive referrals. 

In a field as personal and intimate as photography, the ability to empathize plays a pivotal role in creating meaningful and memorable experiences for my clients, ultimately contributing to my success as a photographer
