Today we’d like to introduce you to Tatiana Alvarez.
Tatiana , we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey as a content creator started about two years ago. After a few months of crafting my skills, I’ve then started to work with dream brands. I first started as a UGC creator working solely with brands, creating advertisements for their companies. My goal as a creator was to put the brand’s vision at the forefront. A client of mine was kind enough to say “You have a very good understanding of UGC which is honestly quite rare in a sea of self-proclaimed UGC experts!”
I have been trusted by amazing brands such as Kristin Ess Hair Care, BK Beauty, OSEA Malibu, Curied Bod, Yogibo, OYO Skincare, Peta Jane Beauty, Skoop Space & Baja Basics to create content for their team.
After working with several brands as a UGC creator, I then started to find my voice in comedy. Having then created several viral comedy skits on Instagram and TikTok. One of my favorite viral videos was based off a Sabrina Carpenter lyric. The opening line of the video was “My name is Tatiana and I’m addicted to saying I’m working late cause I’m a singer.” Sabrina Carpenter herself even commented and reposted the video and hit millions of views overnight.
I am hoping to continue using my voice through skits and comedy on all social platforms. I love being creative and making people smile and laugh. Being a full-time content creator has been a gift, and I hope to continue this journey.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Breaking out in an industry that is so saturated could be very hard. I have gotten really lucky through hard work and understanding how to connect with brands, and how to connect with my viewers through comedy. I am continuing to grow every day and learn so much about the content creation industry.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Full-time content creator.
