Today we’d like to introduce you to Danielle Bader.

Hi Danielle, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Right out of high school I began working in the Hospitality Industry, from working in restaurants to interning for a Wedding Planner after college. Not fully knowing my career path, I took a chance. My mother has been in the weddings and events world for 30+ years, so I was familiar with the environment and loved it!

When the pandemic hit, I was out of work for a few months and no weddings or events were taking place. The wedding planner I worked for pivoted her business and created a sub-brand for her company. When she was looking for a specific rental but couldn’t find it, I had the idea that my dad could build it. My father is a very talented individual and can produce something out of nothing. He amazes me each and every day. I asked if he could build this cute, kids-size stand for our event. His response, “easy”. If you know him, he is a man of little words. He built it, I painted it, and it was exactly what she was looking for. At that moment, I thought we could make something out of this. So we began.

Working out of our garage and front yard, we built backdrops and a few stands. Through word of mouth, we began to slowly grow. As we gained momentum, a few months later, we went from our garage to a shared small office and warehouse, to then an office and warehouse space of our own.

When we moved into our new space, it was like a flip was switched, we landed more and more clients and we could barely keep up. From May 2022 – November 2022 we were the busiest we have ever been. Still tight-knit, we managed to pull off some of our biggest events yet for brands such as Hulu, Patron, Grey Goose, Complexity, Youtube Gaming, and Balmain.

It has been the most wild ride of my life, it has taken us to the most amazing places. We are so beyond grateful for our clients and their trust in us.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
With everything in life, there are always bumps in the road. Some of the struggles have included working very late multiple days a week, all-nighters to get orders done, and no days off for 5+ months. We will always get the job done even when builds don’t go as planned. Having to pivot at the last minute and problem-solve in real time was very eye-opening. The stress that comes with things not arriving in time or getting done in time. However, I wouldn’t have it any other way because my team and I grew from all of it and learned a lot of hard lessons.

Our company specializes in creating custom backdrops, photo moments, and signage that are designed to impress. We are proud to offer a wide range of services. Our team is made up of skilled professionals who are dedicated to bringing our clients’ visions to life. We take pride in the work we do and are known for our attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality products.

I am incredibly grateful to have such a talented and dedicated team. Their hard work and dedication to excellence is what allow us to provide our clients with the best possible experience. We are also incredibly lucky to have such wonderful clients. Their trust in us and the opportunities they give us to help make their events special are truly appreciated.
