Samuel , so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. Who are you learning from right now?

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Singz, and officially releasing my 3rd studio album to the world.
Over the years I think I’ve found my sound, and built a brand outside of my music Career, that is really starting to grow.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
I believe my Auntie. We would call her Bootise. She said i had a huge purpose before me.
I knew she was one of my biggest early supporters. I miss her so much.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Surround yourself around those who are where you wanna be.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
That it takes a label to be Successful. A label really becomes your bank. But what if you could build your own relationships with the banks, and learn how to market yourself effectively. You will no longer need the label, and actual build a profitable brand and eventually an empire.
