Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Nancy Mueller

We recently had the chance to connect with Nancy Mueller and have shared our conversation below.

Nancy, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What do you think others are secretly struggling with—but never say?
Many people are secretly struggling with the belief that something is wrong with them. They’ve done the work, checked the boxes, and played their roles—yet still feel disconnected from their joy. What they rarely say out loud is how much they long to feel free, light, and at peace with who they already are.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m a metaphysical teacher who guides men, women and conscious leaders through reinvention from the inside out. My work blends spiritual wisdom with grounded truth, helping people release old stories, emotional residue, and hidden beliefs that quietly limit how much joy, abundance, and fulfillment they allow themselves to receive.

What makes my work different is that I don’t focus on fixing people or pushing them to work harder on themselves. Instead, I teach awareness, worthiness, and energetic release – inviting my clients to stop overworking their healing and start trusting who they already are. Through my 1:1 sessions, books, courses, and dojo-style communities for awakened women, I create spaces that are both deeply nurturing and powerfully activating.

My message resonates especially with accomplished women who look confident on the outside but sense there’s more life meant for them. With a voice that’s equal parts compassionate and no-nonsense, I remind people that reinvention isn’t about becoming someone new – it’s about remembering what was never broken and learning to love your life from that place.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
After years of therapy addressing painful childhood experiences, I was eventually guided to metaphysical and spiritual teachers who transformed how I understood healing. From them, I learned that it isn’t necessary to relive the past in order to heal. That insight has shaped my work – helping others release old emotional imprints through awareness and self-trust, rather than reentering the pain itself.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes! When my 32-year marriage ended in divorce I realized how much I identified as that wife, mother, homeowner, and homemaker – allowing myself to be a “me” instead of a “we” greatly shifted my sense of self-worth!

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
Prioritizing the art of non-judgement. Whenever we are judging ourself, others or experiences, we are giving our power away and constricting the energy of abundance.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: If you retired tomorrow, what would your customers miss most?
I don’t see myself in a “job” therefore there is no desire to retire! I love what I do, I feel blessed to have the knowledge and experience to share with others who are looking for a way to love their life and I can’t imagine ever wanting to stop doing that!
