We recently had the chance to connect with Ellen Lahoza and have shared our conversation below.
Ellen, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
i start with my skincare routine, a short yoga session, i feed and walk my pomeranian dog. after, that, i make breakfast and enjoy my favorite part, a good cup of coffee.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
i’m a fashion influencer and UGC creator. i love working with brands and bringing their ideas to life through authentic, aesthetic content
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
moving from ukraine to the united states was the moment that truly shaped how i see the world. it completely changed my perspective and helped me grow in ways i never expected.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
the fear that has held me back the most is feeling like i don’t know enough to start something, the fear of not doing things perfectly.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
sometimes yes, sometimes no.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
i would stop being afraid to try new things. i would make a list of everything i want to experience and do as much of it as i can. to be honest, that’s something i could start doing right now, isn’t it? 🙂
