Good morning AJ, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
The thing I am most proud of building – that nobody sees? That’s a great question. I would say it’s willpower. The inner battle with oneself is rarely visible. Every day, my willpower gets stronger as I build my relationship with GOD, as I learn more about people, about my past, and about my passion, I grow more confident in my decisions, and everything becomes a bit clearer.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I would say I am a multi-talented creative, originally from South Carolina, but now I live in Los Angeles. I am a director, photographer, producer, influencer, entrepreneur, and brand strategist. Embodying “Connections, Power, Change, Strength,” I operate best at the intersection of visual storytelling and strategic brand presence, creating resonant content that moves and inspires.
As a director and photographer, I capture compelling real-world moments—translating stories into dynamic visual narratives. Wearing multiple hats, I oversee production workflows and manage creative projects from concept to execution. Through platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, I curate a personal brand that merges polished content with authentic messaging—highlighting voice, tone, and creative insight.
I blend the creative with the strategic—balancing artistry with brand-building to offer a full-service creative experience.
My content spans inspirational quotes, stylistic tone discussions, and culturally resonant visuals—crafted to feel intentional, yet accessible. Whether speaking on voice and tone or offering reflections on selfless love, my work carries emotional depth and a reflective quality that invites connection. My work reflects both grounded authenticity and a forward-thinking, creative energy.
My intention isn’t just building a portfolio—I’m nurturing a brand ecosystem that thrives on intentional storytelling, creative versatility, and connection. For collaborators, clients, and audiences, my work offers more than visuals—it brings perspective.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
When I moved out to Los Angeles, I would say I had a limited view of the world and myself. I thought all things were done in a certain manner, and LA showed me differently. I, as well as my ex-girlfriend, was subleasing an apartment from this young woman. About 5 months into the sublease, the police came and said we had to move. Come to find out, the young woman was traveling with the rent money we were giving. That really showed me that people don’t care about you; they only care about themselves. I learned to be a bit more selfish from there lol.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
It might not sound kind, but I would say. “Hey, bro, F**K them people… do you, and do it to the MAX!”

Simple. LEGACY.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. If immortality were real, what would you build?
I would build a country based on treating people the way you want to be treated.
