Kyle Langdon-Weyrich on Life, Lessons & Legacy

We recently had the chance to connect with Kyle Langdon-Weyrich and have shared our conversation below.

Kyle, it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: What is a normal day like for you right now?
A normal day for me at PICTURE ESQUE, the global hub for creative professionals, is a dynamic blend of collaboration and creativity. I connect with models, actors, directors, and agents, oversee productions, manage casting calls, and help others showcase their talents through our customizable portfolios and community forum. As President and CEO, I balance business strategy with hands-on production—editing, consulting, and innovating to elevate every project. Whether producing a film, mentoring artists, or fostering new opportunities, each day is fueled by passion, professionalism, and the drive to empower others in the entertainment industry.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Kyle Langdon-Weyrich, President and CEO of PICTURE ESQUE—a global hub connecting creative professionals across film, TV, modeling, production, and the performing arts. With experience as a producer, actor, casting professional, and consultant, I’m passionate about innovation and collaboration in every project I take on. A graduate of California State University, Long Beach, I’ve produced films, TV series, and music videos while helping others showcase their talents and grow in the entertainment industry. My goal is to empower creatives to reach their fullest potential with professionalism, creativity, and purpose.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
A moment that truly shaped how I see the world was when I founded PICTURE ESQUE. Bringing together creative professionals from all corners of the industry showed me the power of collaboration and the importance of giving others a platform to shine. Seeing models, actors, and filmmakers connect and grow reminded me that success in entertainment—and in life—is built on community, creativity, and shared passion. It deepened my belief that empowering others to realize their potential is one of the most meaningful things you can do.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
If I could say one kind thing to my younger self, it would be this: trust the process and stay true to your passion. Every challenge and opportunity will shape you into the professional and person you’re meant to be. Your creativity, drive, and heart for connecting people—like what would one day become PICTURE ESQUE—will open doors you never imagined. Keep believing in yourself, keep innovating, and never stop empowering others along the way.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes—the public version of me is very much the real me. What people see through PICTURE ESQUE and my professional work reflects my genuine passion for creativity, collaboration, and helping others succeed. While I value professionalism and presentation, everything I do comes from an authentic place of dedication and love for the entertainment industry. I believe in being transparent, hardworking, and kind—on and off the screen—because staying true to who you are is the foundation of lasting success.

Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. What do you understand deeply that most people don’t?
Yes—the public version of me is very much the real me. What people see through PICTURE ESQUE and my professional work reflects my genuine passion for creativity, collaboration, and helping others succeed. While I value professionalism and presentation, everything I do comes from an authentic place of dedication and love for the entertainment industry. I believe in being transparent, hardworking, and kind—on and off the screen—because staying true to who you are is the foundation of lasting success.
