Jaclyn Albergoni of Agoura Hills on Life, Lessons & Legacy

We recently had the chance to connect with Jaclyn Albergoni and have shared our conversation below.

Jaclyn, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
My morning routine is absolutely essential to me—it sets the tone for everything that follows in my day. I believe that when we first wake up, we are still in a delicate state of connection, almost halfway between the dream world and the physical world. In that space, it feels easier to reach something higher, something beyond ourselves.

Each morning, I take a few moments to consciously connect to a higher power. I visualize that energy flowing into my body, filling me with light, and grounding me in peace. From there, I shift into gratitude—giving thanks not only for what I already have, but also for what I am in the process of creating.

Afterward, I meditate. Depending on my schedule, I’ll dedicate anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes. When I finish, I move into writing affirmations. This practice has been with me for years, and it has truly transformed both my mindset and my life.

This morning ritual has become the foundation of my healing, my spiritual growth, and my progression in life. It’s not just a routine—it’s a sacred practice that continues to shape who I am becoming every single day.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Jaclyn Albergoni. I am a meditation coach, author, and animal rescuer, as well as the founder and creator of The Meditation Channel LLC. For over a decade, I have been dedicated to guiding others on their healing journey—helping people tap into their full potential, release the blocks that hold them back, and align with the life they truly wish to manifest.

What makes my work unique is that everything I teach is something I have first lived and practiced myself. My teachings come directly from experience. I have spent years on a deep self-healing journey, transforming my own life—from struggling with mental health challenges and depression to thriving, fulfilled, and genuinely happy. Because of that, I teach from a place of authenticity and real understanding.

I am also passionate about rescuing animals and giving a voice to the voiceless, which is another way I channel my commitment to healing—both for people and for the world around us.

Right now, I am especially excited to share two new creations that are very close to my heart: my upcoming book The Book of Realms and The Realms Oracle Deck. Both are designed to offer guidance, inspiration, and empowerment to those seeking clarity, healing, and deeper connection.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
My husband has been the greatest and most incredible gift in my life. He is my biggest supporter and my true ally on this journey. No matter what project or vision I’m working on, he stands by me wholeheartedly, believing in me and helping in any way he can. Because of his unwavering love and support, I’ve been able to move forward in my mission so much faster than I ever could have on my own.

Having a partner who makes me feel safe—safe to be myself, safe in my vision, and safe in my purpose—is one of the most extraordinary blessings I could ever receive. His love gives me strength, and his belief in me reminds me daily of what’s possible.

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering, as difficult as it is, will often teach you more than success ever could. It’s an unfortunate truth, but also a profound one. When you’re able to overcome and truly heal from the challenges you face, you discover who you really are.

For me, suffering has been one of my greatest teachers. It has shown me the depth of life, the strength of the human spirit, the power of mindset, and the importance of determination. When I was younger, I didn’t have the tools or awareness that I carry with me today. But it was through pain and failure that I made the choice to keep going—to work harder, grow stronger, and keep moving forward. That decision built my courage.

Where I was once weak, I am now strong. Instead of running from challenges, I lean into them. I refuse to see myself as a victim. Failure, to me, is no longer something to fear but something to embrace. I’ve learned that every setback carries within it a hidden gift—an opportunity to grow, to evolve, and ultimately to become the answer to the very problems that once held me back.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What important truth do very few people agree with you on?
I truly believe that we are all connected—humans, animals, and the Earth itself. They are not separate from us; they are a part of us. As long as we continue to abuse animals and this planet, we are, in truth, abusing ourselves and one another. It may sound simple, yet it is something humanity has drifted so far away from.

Too often we view animals and the Earth as objects, as resources, rather than as living extensions of our own soul. But the moment we begin to see clearly—when we can recognize a reflection of ourselves in the eyes of a cow, in the life of a chicken, or even in the quiet presence of a plant—we will begin to awaken. That shift in perception holds the power to change everything.

When humans finally understand this, they will start making choices that not only benefit themselves but also others, the Earth, and all living beings. That is the true frequency of peace. And if we want to create peace in the world, we must first embody it within ourselves

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
When I’m gone, I hope people will tell the story of someone who lived with purpose, compassion, and courage. I want to be remembered as a person who gave everything she could—to both animals and people—and who used her life to make a difference.

I hope they say that I helped others heal, discover their strength, and realize their potential, and that I inspired them to keep passing that light forward. For the animals, I hope the story is one of love, rescue, and protection—that I did my part to save as many lives as I could, and to remind the world of their value.

Most of all, I want the story of my life to inspire others to continue the mission—to keep creating ripples of kindness, healing, and change long after I’m gone. If my journey can spark even one more person to carry on the work, then my legacy will live on in every life touched.
