Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Ott.

Hi Tiffany, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My journey into wedding planning started unexpectedly- with a friend asking for help planning her wedding. At the time, I was running B Real Fitness, but that experience sparked something I didn’t see coming: a genuine love for creating beautiful, meaningful celebrations.

When we closed the fitness business, I decided to follow that passion and dive into wedding planning full time. What began as a one-time favor has since grown into a thriving business. Today, we’re a team of six and have spent over 11 years bringing our clients’ visions to life in a way that feels personal, seamless, and unforgettable.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Growing the business definitely came with its challenges-building a team and putting myself out there didn’t come naturally at first.

But those are the things that shaped everything. Now we have grown into a team of six and I serve as President of our local National Association for Catering and Events chapter, surrounded by an incredible network of vendors and creatives.

We’re a full-service wedding planning and design team focused on creating celebrations that feel as seamless as they are beautiful. For us, it’s not just about how a wedding looks, but about how it feels from start to finish.

We specialize in highly personalized weddings, often blending thoughtful design with a strong logistical foundation so our clients can actually enjoy the process. We’re known for being calm, organized, and deeply invested in our couples, while also bringing a refined, cohesive vision to life.

What truly sets us apart is our experience and relationships. We’ve built an incredible network of vendors and collaborators, which allows us to create events that feel elevated, intentional, and uniquely tailored to each client.

What I’m most proud of is the brand we’ve built is that clients trust not just for the end result, but for the entire journey. Our goal is always to make the experience feel effortless, while delivering something truly memorable.

A lot of people don’t realize that this business was born out of a completely different chapter of my life. I went from running a fitness company to planning weddings full time- two worlds that seem unrelated, but both centered around discipline, trust, and showing up for people in meaningful moments.
