Today we’d like to introduce you to Nick Spirtos.
Hi Nick, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I started in the Industry in 1996 at the age of 19 years old to assist my mother as her assistant. I worked very hard to overcome several obstacles to get to where I am today. I pioneered the Keller Williams concept in Ohio. I was also in the top 0.5% of Realtors in the Nation. I relocated to California in 2009. I have led very well respected Brokerages and continued my Sales Practice. I am licensed in 7 states. In addition to English, I speak Greek and Spanish. I now serve as the President of Beverly & Company and Newport & Company. We have 600 agents and 5 Office Locations. My message to others is with every failure, comes a new lesson. And to never give up on your dreams!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, in fact I overcame many challenges. I overcame being a very young Realtor in a day when young people usually were not Realtors. I overcame several market challenges, mistakes, jealousy from others and self doubt. I kept my eye on my dreams and never gave up!

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Authenticity! I believe that being authentic has gotten me to the place where I am today. When people see your authentic self, they are drawn to it. In a world of lack of substance culture, people truly appreciate authenticity!
