Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Ngo.
Hi Jennifer, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
As a creative, I’ve always been drawn to visuals and strategy. My journey started in marketing, where I spent years studying what makes people stop, feel, and truly connect with a brand. I learned that well-crafted content isn’t just aesthetic — it’s intentional, emotional, and built with purpose.
I started my professional life by jumping between different roles in sales and advertising. I knew I wanted to get into marketing, but none of those early positions felt like the right fit. Later, I stepped into the med spa industry as a social media manager, and my job actually found me because of my strong online presence. Over two years, I successfully helped grow the med spa’s following from 1,000 to 12,000.
Over time, more friends and business owners started coming to me for help with their social media pages asking things like:
“Have you thought about starting your own business?”
“Can I hire you for my social media profiles?”
“When will you start your own marketing agency?”
After hearing it over and over again, I realized they were seeing my talent that I hadn’t acknowledged in myself yet. Following that, I began taking social media seriously and started building my own online portfolio. That’s when I realized my true passion: creating content that people actually resonate with!
Now, I help brands show up online in a way that’s so much more than polished. Every project is a chance to create something that becomes unforgettable — visually, emotionally, and strategically.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but I’ve learned that’s just part of the journey. In business, learning to pivot when challenges come up is everything!
Being your own boss sounds empowering (and it truly is), but it also means every mistake falls back on you. That was a tough lesson for me to accept because, really, who else can you blame?
Losing clients was another challenge I had to grow through. No matter how much you try not to take it personally, it still sucks and makes you question your business journey. But over time, I’ve learned to see those moments as redirection, not rejection. Every experience teaches me how to refine my process, better define my ideal client, and attract the right people aligned with my work.
The growth I’ve achieved in my business now is deeply rewarding. I’m super thankful for the clients who continue to work with me and see the value in what I do, and that genuinely excites me to help them grow their business! It’s that trust and consistency that remind me why I started in the first place and what keeps me showing up every day.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?

How do you think about happiness?
I’m happiest when I’m creating — when my work, my creativity, and my purpose all meet in the middle. Content creation started as a hobby for me, and turning it into a business has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my life!
For years after college, I bounced around different jobs, searching for direction. Like many, I spent my 20’s feeling somewhat lost, questioning my ultimate purpose in life. That’s why I’m proud to say that this business is entirely my own — something I created from scratch and showcase exactly how I envision it.
Finally finding a purpose in my 30’s, especially by transforming my self-proclaimed “social media addict” status into a true professional calling, has been life-changing! Now, I get to work with inspiring clients and form genuine relationships that go beyond business. How could it not make me happy?
And I know it might sound a little lame, but it truly is the most fulfilling part. I get to connect with other business owners, help them feel seen, and support them in showing up confidently online.
There’s something incredibly rewarding about building a business that helps others grow while growing alongside them.
