Inspiring Conversations with Gino Fracchiolla of True P4P Inc DBA True Pay 4 Performance Inc

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gino Fracchiolla.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Sure. It’s no secret that I struggled with addiction and alcoholism for many years. I left home at a very early age and wound up on the streets which got me mixed up in gangs drugs, etc.. This led me to jail and eventually prison. I was in and out of the system and still addicted to drugs and alcohol up until October 21 of 2017, which is when I checked myself into detox. While in sober living, I got a job selling Google Ads and realized there was an opportunity to do this bigger and better., so I quit and started my own business

The public relations firm was called infiniti marketing group and we specialized in social media verifications. We gained a lot of traction in a very short period of time and as a result were able to obtain a laundry list of very high profile clients from all different verticals. High profile clients have high profile needs so this allowed us to really hone our skill set.
As you know mid 2022 Meta started offering verifications as a paid service, so this completely dissolved that business model, but not wanting to abandon ship entirely, I rebranded Infiniti to what is now known as True Pay 4 Performance. Orange County’s only TRUE performance based marketing agency., which specializes in lead generation in the B2B space as well as custom AI stacks, workflows and automations. I founded this business with my partner in life and business, Sara. Sara is the former vice president of owning.com as well as a few other big box brokerages. She’s a realtor broker lender and we recently got engaged earlier this year
We’ve also created a couple of proprietary products True Pipeline & TRUEDY that are SaaS offerings which dozens of SMB’s rely on for their backend
We joined Rotary earlier this year as well as the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce and are very active in the community

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Anything but smooth! Life is always going to be filled with hurdles and struggles, but I felt like the bad decisions I made at an early age made those hurdles extra tall as I grew into my 30s. Getting sober and turning your life around sounds a lot easier than it is. And just because you’re ready to get sober and clean yourself up doesn’t mean the people around you necessarily want you to step out of the role that they’ve cast you in

What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
What’s not to love about Los Angeles and Orange County!? I moved here from Brooklyn in 1985 and have been here since. The energy here is unlike any place else The food here is incredible, as well. With such an ecclectic mix of traditional cuisines and new style fusions, there’s always something new and delicious to try
