Edgar, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey began in 2012, a year defined by new beginnings. I was a newlywed and a first-time father to a beautiful baby girl. At the time, I was working full-time as a waiter, and while I took pride in my work, I knew I wanted to build a more secure and prosperous future for my growing family.

When the opportunity to purchase a carpet cleaning business presented itself, I saw more than just a job—I saw a path forward. I spent the first five years operating the business as a “student of the craft,” balancing my existing responsibilities while meticulously learning every technical detail of the industry. It wasn’t until I had mastered the fundamentals that I transitioned into the business full-time.

Over the years, “good enough” was never my benchmark. I was obsessed with improving my skills, our equipment, and our level of service. This relentless pursuit of quality transformed our company from a standard cleaning service into a prestige, 5-star white-glove experience.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but I believe the bumps in the path are what shaped the quality of service we provide today. The biggest challenge has been the sheer amount of trial and error required to reach a “master” level.

In the beginning, perfecting every technique especially with delicate materials like natural stone, marble, and high-end hardwoods came with a steep learning curve. There were times when a process took longer than expected. We chose to absorb those costs in terms of both time and money because I refused to settle for “good enough.” A big chanllenge was also all the time taken away from my family.

Even today, with over 150 five-star reviews, I don’t consider the journey finished. We are still mastering our craft day by day. Every unique floor and every elite property presents a new opportunity to refine our skills. That commitment to constant improvement was expensive and exhausting in the early years, but it was absolutely worth it. Invest in Advanced Technology We plan to integrate the latest in dust free sanding and low-moisture restoration tech to ensure that our white-glove promise is cleaner and more efficient than ever.

Education & Consulting I want our brand to be a resource for interior designers and high-end architects, helping them choose and maintain the right materials from the start of a project. This would be amazing to accomplish in the feuture.
