Inspiring Conversations with Arie Rose of Rose & Co Commercial Group

Today we’d like to introduce you to Arie Rose.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey started long before the titles and accomplishments. I’ve always known I was meant for more, but I didn’t always know what that looked like. For a long time, I was in survival mode, figuring things out, navigating challenges, and learning how to bet on myself even when it wasn’t easy.
I built my career from the ground up without a background in commercial real estate or business ownership. I stepped into it, learned it, and committed to mastering it through discipline and consistency. Over time, I found my lane in commercial real estate and now lead a high-performing leasing team in Los Angeles. We’ve been able to scale quickly, close strong deals, and establish a real presence in the market.
Beyond the business, what defines me is my commitment to growth and impact. I’m a proud Latina, a motivational speaker, and an author. Everything I build is rooted in empowering others, especially women, to step into their power and own their story.
There was a turning point in my life where I stopped trying to control everything and fully surrendered to God’s direction. That shift changed everything. The alignment and opportunities that followed have been undeniable. Today, I lead with intention. Whether through real estate, speaking, or the platforms I’ve built, my goal is to show what’s possible when you combine faith, discipline, and vision.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not at all. It’s been anything but a smooth road, and I think that’s what’s shaped me the most.
There were seasons where I was building with very little clarity, taking risks without a safety net, and learning through trial and error. I’ve had moments of burnout, moments of doubt, and times where things didn’t move as quickly as I believed they would. Stepping into commercial real estate without a traditional background meant I had to work twice as hard to prove myself and earn my seat at the table.
Leading a team also comes with its own challenges. You’re not just responsible for your own performance, you’re responsible for helping others grow, guiding them through deals, and creating structure where there wasn’t one before. That requires patience, resilience, and a lot of self discipline.
On a personal level, one of my biggest struggles was letting go of control. I used to feel like I had to make everything happen on my own, and that mindset can be exhausting. Learning to trust God, even when things felt uncertain, was a turning point for me.
Looking back, every challenge refined me. It taught me how to lead, how to stay grounded, and how to keep going even when things weren’t easy. I don’t think I would be who I am today without those moments.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Rose & Co Commercial Group?
My business operates under Rose & Co. Commercial Group, where I lead a specialized leasing team focused on retail, office, and industrial properties throughout Los Angeles. We represent both landlords and tenants, helping property owners lease up their vacancies and guiding business owners through the process of securing the right space to grow.
What sets us apart is our focus on retail leasing and our hands-on, high-touch approach. We don’t just list properties and wait. We actively prospect, market strategically, and position each space based on what the community actually needs. Every deal is intentional, from how we present the property to how we vet and place tenants. We take pride in bringing in operators who not only qualify financially but also add long-term value to the property.
I’ve built my team with a strong emphasis on discipline, structure, and real training. Many of our agents came in with little to no experience in commercial real estate, and within their first 90 days they were able to secure listings and close deals. That’s something I’m incredibly proud of because it reflects the systems, mentorship, and culture we’ve created.
Brand wise, Rose & Co. represents elevated standards. We lead with professionalism, consistency, and results, but also with purpose. Everything we do is rooted in growth, not just financially, but personally.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
Absolutely. While I’ve worked hard to build what I have, I don’t believe you get anywhere meaningful alone.
I’ve been fortunate to have strong leadership and business partners who believed in my vision and gave me the space to grow into it. That level of trust early on made a big difference in how I was able to build and lead my team.
My team itself deserves a lot of credit. They show up, do the work, and trust the systems and guidance I’ve put in place. Watching them grow, secure listings, and close deals especially early in their careers has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey. Their commitment and consistency are a big part of our success.
I’ve also had incredible clients who trusted me to represent their properties and their businesses. In commercial real estate, trust is everything, and having clients who believe in your ability to deliver allows you to operate at a higher level.
And on a personal level, my support system has been everything. The people who have poured into me, encouraged me, and reminded me who I am in moments where things felt uncertain have played a major role in helping me stay grounded and keep going.
Most importantly, my faith has been my foundation. Trusting God through every season has guided my decisions, strengthened me in difficult moments, and aligned me with the right people at the right time.
