Hi Zander, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
In February 2020, I realized that most solar panel companies that sell and install solar, don’t provide solar panel cleaning services. I also realized that most homeowners that have solar, haven’t had them cleaned in months/years or haven’t had them cleaned at all. Solar panels only function properly when they are clean and that’s where we came in.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Certain months out of the year are a little slow but every year we continue to grow to make things smoother. Solar panel cleaning is brand new to a lot of people but it’s starting to become recognizable.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We make sure our customers’ solar panels are clean so they have the maximum amount of production, keep their electric bill low and extend the life of the panels. We offer our services every three to four months to ensure that. Since the panels are outside and exposed to the elements, they’re constantly being hit by dirt, dust, smog, ash and bird droppings. Our work ethic, integrity, customer services and low prices all speak for themselves.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Success is when your customers are happy and you’re happy as a result.
