Hidden Gems: Meet Tiffany Wilder of Wilder Paradigm

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Wilder.

Hi Tiffany, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’ve worked in early childhood education and special education in the California public school system for over 10 years and during that time, I’ve observed that this structure was not producing the happiest, most empowered, critically thinking humans. I also witnessed an unbelievable amount of abuse, fear-mongering and indoctrination. In 2020, I took a bold stance on forced medical procedures, refusing to partake in any part of the agenda and was immediately placed on leave without pay. After sharing my story and encouraging others to follow suit, my post went viral on social media and I began creating solutions to shift the learning process for children around the world, focusing on a model which encourages and facilitates autonomy, sovereignty, community, connection to nature, play, self-reliance and applicable life skills. I am deeply passionate about aiding humanity in returning to our truth and power and living the beautiful existence we were meant to savor in this life!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
With great change comes great challenge, though I’ve found that with a service-oriented heart and a faith over fear mindset, doors have consistently opened up to aid me in building this beautiful vision for humanity! I’d say the biggest challenge has been de-schooling adults. It’s difficult to re-imagine and wrap our minds around new ideas and ways of being when we’ve been stagnant in one system for so long. Being patient through the growing stages of developing this new structure has been my biggest work as I want this model to be fully ready to serve the world now! I have to continually remind myself that plans as grand as mine take some time to manifest!

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Wilder Paradigm is a freedom-based educational network connecting students and teachers worldwide who value autonomy, self-sufficiency, and joyful learning! We support homeschooling families with resources, courses, educational pods, and farm schools where no tyrannical medical protocols are required and no political or sexual ideology is being forced on children. We believe that children deserve a learning experience that is wholesome and fun!

Wilder Paradigm allows educators and students the freedom to create their own schedules while gearing each student’s education toward their passions and unique learning styles. At Wilder Paradigm, a student in the United States may learn French today from a teacher in Paris virtually and tomorrow take a hands-on foraging class with a local group in their community. Rather than grades and rigid structures, we focus on sharing and receiving wisdom through natural exploration in a joyful manner!

Wilder Paradigm was born to meet the needs of a higher consciousness world. The structure of the old education system bred a lack of enjoyment of learning. We know that our existence was meant to be far more beautiful than what we had formerly accepted for ourselves as a collective and we are assisting humanity in returning to our truth and joy through natural learning! This wonderful new paradigm allows for creativity and innovation to truly flourish!

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
As a kid, I was a strong-willed soul who was highly inquisitive and always questioned existing structures and human behaviors. I was very perceptive to energy and couldn’t fathom why so many adults participated in activities that made them unhappy. I grew up on a farm in Northern California and could often be found running around barefoot in mud puddles, exploring the natural world. Anytime I was asked to fill out a “What I Want To Be When I Grow Up” form, my list always ran off the page. I was definitely a creative spirit! Dance has always been a big love as well as a healing, grounding practice for me and I continue to integrate it into my life regularly.
