Hi Sahar, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I have been educated as a medical doctor with focus in psychiatry, trained to see what’s broken in the brain and fix it at the root, not just treat symptoms.
But here’s what shifted everything: I kept seeing the same pattern. High-performing leaders, brilliant, capable people, making catastrophic decisions. Not because they lacked strategy or intelligence, but because their nervous systems were dysregulated.
Leadership wasn’t failing. Nervous systems were.
So, I decided to bring brain science into the boardroom. I became a neuroscience-based leadership certified consultant because I realized: executives don’t need another framework. They need regulation first, strategy second.
Today, I work with Fortune 500 executives and government leaders navigating high-stakes transformation, especially around AI integration. Not the tech side of AI. The human side.
How do you lead teams through massive change when your own nervous system is in survival mode? How do you integrate AI tools without losing what makes you human?
I built proprietary frameworks (B.R.A.I.N., P.I.L.O.T., WISER) that help leaders regulate before they strategize. I’m a Forbes Coaches Council influencer, USC Author, and host the top 2% globally ranked “AI Café Conversations” podcast.
But the real story? I don’t do band-aids. I go to the root of the problem, not the symptoms that keep coming back.
That’s what my medical training taught me. That’s what neuroscience proves. And that’s what transforms leaders.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Smooth? Not even close.
The hardest part wasn’t building the business; it was rebuilding it. I had to pivot in 2020 because of COVID, then pivot again in 2025.
The business environment was shifting due to many reasons; I watched my revenue drop by 55%.
Not because the work wasn’t good, but because I was scattered. I was trying to serve everyone, executives, coaches, entrepreneurs, government all at once, with different messaging, different brands, different positioning.
My nervous system knew something was wrong before my brain caught up.
I was dysregulated. Reactive. Making decisions from survival mode instead of strategy. The exact thing I teach leaders NOT to do.
So, I practiced what I preach: Regulate first. Strategize second.
I stripped everything back to the root. Neuroscience-based leadership.
One clear message. One brand. One mission: Help leaders regulate before they strategize, so they can make decisions that don’t cost them $670K in mistakes.
I rebuilt the website. The lead magnets. The frameworks. The positioning. Everything.
And here’s what I learned: The breakdown was the breakthrough.
Because now I’m not just teaching regulation from theory, I’m teaching it from both education and lived experience.
I know what it feels like when your business is in crisis and your nervous system is screaming. I know how hard it is to pause, breathe, and rebuild from the ground up.
That’s the work now. Getting back to my revenue levels and surpassing them, but this time with clarity, regulation, and a system that doesn’t require me to abandon myself to grow.
Leadership doesn’t fail. Nervous systems do. I proved it in my own business, and that made me better at what I do.

We’re building a certification track for coaches, HR professionals, and consultants who want to bring neuroscience-based leadership into their own practices. The frameworks (B.R.A.I.N., P.I.L.O.T., WISER) that transform Fortune 500 executives? We’re teaching others how to use them. This creates a ripple effect, more leaders regulated, more organizations transformed.
2. Speaking & Thought Leadership
I’m expanding into larger speaking engagements and media. The “AI Café Conversations” podcast is already top 2% globally, and we’re leveraging that platform to reach wider audiences. Forbes Coaches Council influencer, workshops, keynotes, the goal is to make neuroscience-based leadership the standard, not the exception.
3. Systematic Content & Lead Generation
We’re optimizing for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), making sure when executives search “Why is my leadership team struggling with AI adoption?” or “How do I lead through organizational change?”
Our frameworks show up as the answer. We’re building an ecosystem of lead magnets, assessments, and automated systems that guide leaders from awareness to transformation.
What I’m most excited about:
Watching leaders have the “aha” moment when they realize their problem isn’t strategic, it’s neurological. When they understand that regulation comes before strategy, everything shifts. That’s the work I want to scale globally.
The big change?
We’re not chasing growth anymore. We’re building for sustainability. Revenue that doesn’t require me to dysregulate to achieve it. Systems that amplify impact without burning out. Leadership that practices what it preaches—all the way through.
