Hi Natalia, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey into aesthetics began nearly two decades ago, but my passion for beauty and confidence started long before that. Born and raised in El Salvador, I moved to the U.S. in 2004 with big dreams. In 2006, I began collaborating with a renowned plastic surgeon, and that’s where I truly fell in love with the art and science of aesthetics. Witnessing how treatments could transform not just faces but also confidence and self-worth ignited something in me that never faded.
After graduating from Los Angeles County College of Nursing, I continued to work in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine, gaining hands-on experience, deep anatomical knowledge, and thousands of hours in advanced injectables. Today, I’m proud to be a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and a CANS (Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist), as well as a national trainer for Galderma, Allergan, and Revance.
Opening Atelier Aesthetix in Beverly Hills is a significant achievement, built with intention, expertise, and care. It’s my way of integrating everything I’ve learned to provide patients with results that feel natural, empowering, and elevated.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t always been a smooth road. Being an immigrant, a woman of color, and entering a highly competitive industry with no shortcuts has meant I’ve had to work twice as hard to prove myself. In the early years, I faced a lot of self-doubt and moments where I wondered if I was doing enough or belonged in rooms where decisions were being made.
But my patients have always been my “why.” Their trust and loyalty gave me the strength to push through long hours, tough decisions, and imposter syndrome. I also committed early on to education, not just for myself, but for others. That mindset has helped me evolve through every challenge.

I’m known for my work with Sculptra (for both face and booty), PDO thread lifts, and regenerative tools like EZ Gel PRF and Salmon DNA.

Stay focused, stay humble, and never stop learning. This industry can feel intimidating when you first start, but the secret is to remain patient, committed, and open to mentorship. Don’t chase trends; master the fundamentals and let your passion shine through your work.
Also, never forget that your energy is part of your brand. How you treat people matters just as much as your results. Build relationships, not just a client base. I wish I had known earlier how powerful it is to trust your own voice and lean into what makes your approach unique. There’s space for everyone when you lead with integrity and love what you do.
