Today we’d like to introduce you to Lacey & Marley Hellenbrand
Hi Lacey & Marley, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Growing up, we always had an interest in the paranormal and spirit world. We watched paranormal TV and joined Wisconsin-based investigations to learn more about the spirit world. Over time, we experienced our own losses and awakened our own spiritual abilities as psychic mediums and lightworkers.
We always knew we wanted to use our gifts to help others. It took time to individually develop and understand our spiritual gifts and how they could be used to guide others. We learned how to use discernment and trust in Spirit to get us where we are today. We also built confidence in ourselves and have continued on our own personal healing paths to better serve others. You cannot spiritually serve others, if you aren’t willing to do your own healing first. Healing is an ongoing process for all of us. Through these lessons, we’ve grown into the versions of ourselves that created our small business, Twin Essence. Twin Essence is our medium for sharing our spiritual abilities with the world.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
As psychic mediums and lightworkers, we’re always faced with some degree of skepticism in the work we do. Some look for reasons not to believe in the information we share from Spirit. Humans are always evolving and making decisions that can change the trajectory of their lives. This is why our healing sessions or readings are based on what Spirit shares with us at that point in time.
Part of our journeys as psychic mediums and lightworkers has been about understanding that we aren’t meant to make people believe in us. We are meant to share messages from Spirit, and what people choose to do with that information is up to them. With this spiritual work, we have an ethical responsibility to provide clients with the best possible information to help guide them on their journeys.
We chose the spiritual and healing path which comes with great responsibility. We knew when we started this journey, not everyone would join us. We’ve lost friends and family along the way, but knowing that we are in service to something greater motivates us to continue on this path. It was more important for us to stay true to ourselves, trust our inner guidance systems, and trust that Spirit would put us where we needed to be.

Twin Essence believes in spreading light, healing, and messages from the world of Spirit. We work to facilitate healing for clients through our psychic medium abilities. The healing we facilitate is specific to each client but often includes sharing messages from passed loved ones, energy work, understanding lessons from the Universe, breaking generational patterns, understanding one’s life path, Starseed guidance, etc. Each session is guided by Spirit, and we do our best to serve others in whatever way we are called to.
As identical twins, our spiritual gifts work in different ways. Our differences provide balance when working with clients and set us apart from others. Through Twin Essence, we provide individual and shared services for clients. We also love collaborating with other small businesses on unique events such as spiritual workshops, retreats, pop-up events, etc. When a client or business chooses to work with us, they’re able to experience the twin magic that makes us unique.
Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
It’s very important to stay true to yourself when you’re starting out. Remember your values, and don’t be afraid to stay no if something isn’t aligning with those values. People often adjust to meet others’ expectations or change themselves for an opportunity that presents itself. It’s okay to say no if it doesn’t feel right. There will always be other opportunities because what is meant for you will always find you. We often remind ourselves of this throughout our journey with Twin Essence.
