Hidden Gems: Meet Jordanna Eyre of Spiral Growth Systems

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jordanna Eyre.

Jordanna Eyre

Jordanna, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey to what I do today began literally the moment I can remember being alive. I was always connected to the world of “energy.” I saw and felt energy and emotion more than I did the physical world around me. Growing up, one of the biggest awarenesses I walked through the world with was an inner knowing that the way people perceived “power” was not actually power. I knew in my bones that power was something we could not “have.” That, instead, it was something we could only experience when we opened to it through presence, authenticity, and love –– and when we shared it.

This was the inner knowing that I carried through me during the trauma I went through as a child. And it was the inner knowing I carried through me throughout every stage of my career.

I moved into my career earlier than most because I saw from a young age how much change the world was yearning for, and I was determined to help as much as I could. Through my career as a social worker that began at the age of 15 and led to my first corner office at 20 and my first board position at 22… and into my career in business and entrepreneurship that began 13 years later, I held tight to my inner knowing of what “power” truly was. And I wanted nothing more than to help transform the broken systems into ones of shared, authentic power (the kind where our ancient wisdom and inner knowing is what grows the collective well-being).

The journey of entrepreneurship and transforming said systems was full if its fair share of trials and tribulations. But thankfully, those trials and tribulations brought me to the awareness that it was my own trauma (both that of what I’d experienced in this lifetime and the trauma of my ancestors and lifetimes past) that was ACTUALLY what stood in the way of the progress I wished to make.

As I followed my inner knowing of what was necessary to unravel this trauma (because no one “out there” in the world seemed to be able to go as deep as my soul craved for this unraveling), what I found was that the answers to transforming the broken systems, and creating a world of shared power existed inside of me.

My ancient nature of being a sorceress lit back up through my inner work and showed me where and how the systems of energy inside of and around us intersect (metaphysically speaking) with the world of business, my desires for making waves of change in business merged with my reality of what was actually happening in my life. I began to understand the Fibonacci sequence as a system of energy that operates in, through, and around us to guide change for each of us individually and all of us as a collective.

The deeper I went into this intersection, the more success, impact, and fulfillment I discovered. Soon enough, my process of entrepreneurship led me back full circle to my roots in social services – which turned out to be my proverbial PhD in the study of human nature. My business began to blend organically the study of human nature (and I mean ALL of us in our complexity, neurodivergence, and uniqueness) with the systems and flow creation had taught me in business and relationships.

Though the methodology that is my body of work organically moved through me years ago, it still teaches me from the inside out every single day.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road has been far from smooth. For many, when they say that they’re grateful for their challenges, they tend to mean it as an attempt to believe what does not feel clear for them yet… for me, the clarity I have in the perfection of my challenges fuels me and gives me new insight every day.

One of my biggest struggles was the ongoing journey of being deeply empathic in a world designed for heady intellect rather than deep feelers. Thankfully, I embraced this gift early on. So, though it has brought me through a plethora of very deep and sometimes very dark tunnels, I was able to enjoy the gifts that ran alongside it all the while.

There is a common thing that happens to people who feel connected to courageous change… and that is that we often have to go through what appears to be *more* challenges than the average person. This is because we will be taken through the gauntlet of embodying the change if we wish to bring it about as a larger entity (i.e., a scalable business) before we’re granted the gifts of living all the way into the change.

Another key challenge for me has been the continuous discovery and re-discovery of what it really is to allow oneself to be deeply guided in business – which takes deep surrender to a mystery that is greater than us (i.e., the “feminine)… alongside the continuous re-discovery of what it is to consciously choose, co-create, and live into a future that hasn’t yet been built – which takes focus, drive, structure, and systems (i.e. the “masculine”). At the end of the day, this continued remembering process of the yin and yang inside of and around us is one of the core tenants of potent leadership.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Spiral Growth Systems (formerly known as Modern Day Sorcerer) exists to support modern leaders in cultivating a sweet spot where their professional impact can grow WITH their personal fulfillment and vice versa. We drift from fulfillment and/or impact when we drift from the systems that nature has designed to teach us how to co-create with something much bigger than ourselves. At Spiral Growth Systems, we are committed to guiding and supporting leaders on their journey in soul exploration by embodying the very structure and flow of creation itself.

Through our signature program, Spiral Leadership Academy, we teach business leaders how to understand, connect to, activate, and utilize the systems of energy that exist inside of and around them to (1) grow into the unique wisdom and authentic power that is calling them and (2) use these energy systems that grow their unique wisdom and authentic power to amplify the outcomes of all of their goals. Through a framework and process that’s been tested and proven with over 4,000 students – from Fortune 50 companies to disruptive startups to solopreneurs alike – we support leaders to set a new bar in what they can accomplish financially, in the leadership of their team clients, and investors, in the contribution they wish to be, as well as in the love and connection they share with their families.

One of the things that set our brand apart from others is that the methodology inside of Spiral Leadership Academy is not something borrowed from another brand, modality, or “guru.” Most personal growth and leadership development work out there has been learned from and passed down from one “guru” or “modality” to another. Our methodology, however, came from ancient wisdom that I, the founder, discovered on the inside. It’s the kind of ancient wisdom that has humbled blown me away as it’s expressed itself through me. It’s the kind of ancient wisdom that has required a tremendous amount of courage and humility to step out of my own way to allow through me. And the kind that, when I share it with my friends who are scientists, parallels the cutting edge of physics and science (the stuff we’re only barely beginning to explore about the Universe).

Another thing that sets our brand apart is the diversity of our community. In many leadership and personal growth communities, you’ll find a homogenized version of one or two types of people, creating an echo chamber of viewpoints. Our community is founded on the principle of shared power, and our methodology is designed to support leaders in understanding and sharpening their unique wisdom. As a result, our community is one of diversity of thought, skills, background, career “level”, knowledge, identity, and culture – the shared commonality being only that of the beautiful, loving hearts of those who tend to be attracted to this work.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
It would be hard for me to choose ONE essential quality that is characteristic to success. This is because one of the core things that the Fibonacci sequence has taught me is that success is only founded with paradox. It requires us to embody both the yin and the yang – and to constantly hone and deepen our access to both. It requires us to own the duality of paradox and to learn from every seemingly dualistic part of life. In the appearance of the obstacles of “these two things don’t belong together, but they both are important,” when we learn to embody both and, we find expansion in how much success we can have, hold, and create.

Which is all to say that the very thing that would make it hard to choose just one quality that deems success it is that very quality of the paradox of the yin yang inside of us; that is what I believe (and have been shown over and over with the leaders I work with) to be most pivotal to success.
