Hi Jeanette, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I began my journey over 23 years ago with a simple but deeply personal goal:
to create a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children during their most important early years.
What started as a passion for caring for and suporting families gradually grew into a vision for something bigger.
In the early days, I focused on learning everything I could about child development, early education, and building trust with families.
I worked hands-on, growing step by step and staying committed to quality, consistency and heart-center care. Over time word spread, relationship grew, and what once felt like small beginning became a thriving program rooted in community and purpose.
This work is deeply personal to me and reflects how much a truly care for the children and families I sere. Today, after more than two decades in this field I’m proud of what I’ve built and deeply grateful for the trust families have place and for the lasting relationships formed along the way. It’s been a journey shaped by patience, passion, and strong belief in the importance of early childhood care.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Like many small businesses owners, my journey hasn’t been without challenges.
Building and sustaining a childcare program requires balancing high standard of care with the reality of running a business. There were moments of uncertainty, long hours, and times when growth required difficult decisions and personal sacrifice.

Another challenge has been adapting to change, whether it involved shifting regulations, evolving family needs, or unexpected life events.
Each obstacle strengthened my resilience and deepened my commitment to leading with intention and care. staying grounded in my purpose and focused on the families I serve has help me navigate challenges and continue moving forward.

My work focuses on providing children with a safe environment, nurturing, and enriching environment where they can grow, explore, and thrive. I create experiences that support early learning, creativity, and social- emotional development, while building strong relationships with families.

Beyond childcare, I foster community, helping families feel supported and connected, and building children to develop confidence and curiosity. Every day I ensure each child and family feels valued and seen. At its heart, my work is about making lasting, positive impact on the lives of children and families.
