Hidden Gems: Meet Jamie Jeraminas DeNault of Brio Skin Studio

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jamie Jeraminas DeNault.

Jamie, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I decided to go to Esthetician school when I was 19 years old. I started on my 19th birthday. I’ve always had an interest in skincare, makeup, and people. My first official job as an Esthetician was in Arizona at a medical spa. It was a great opportunity to be able to work under a nurse practitioner and be very results-driven in my treatments. It really did build the foundation for the way I practice skincare today.

I’ve left and come back from being a skincare therapist many times but the passion has never left me. As I’ve navigated the beauty industry for the last 15 years, I feel like I finally found my place in the industry and my practice and I’m able to share what I’ve learned and how I’ve grown with my clients at Brio Skin Studio.

Brio Skin Studio was formed out of my experience with my own skin and the faces that I’ve touched. Over the past 15 years, my skin has changed dramatically, we being to see aging in our skin in our early 20’s, our hormones shift, we have children, and the environment affects our skin. Skin is always evolving and adjusting to what’s going on inside our bodies.

Once you become a regular facial client, you’re hooked. Skincare is an all-around self-care philosophy and taking the time every four weeks for self-care and glowing skin is life-changing. I want to be a part of that with my clients!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Life always throws obstacles your way! I’ve moved, had children, and had to come and go from working as an Esthetician. However, so far my biggest challenge was navigating the pandemic and forced closures. We were closed for a total of nine months last year right after I moved into my current location and had to really keep positive and look forward but we made it! We’re still open and hopefully going to be here for a while to serve everyone that’s ready to make some positive changes with their skin.

Brio Skin Studio is a place for everyone with skin. 🙂

We specialize in results-based facials. The idea is that you see results and get to relax and enjoy some “me time”. We offer the latest advancements in skincare like the Geneo Super Facial, LED light therapy, along with chemical peels, and specialized advanced treatments like oxygen treatments for acne and rosacea.

Brio Skin Studio also has therapists that provide Sugaring, Reiki, and Structural integration.

When you come to Brio, it is clear that the client is the priority and I’d say that is what sets us apart. I really wanted to create an environment that made anyone who wanted help with their skin a place they can feel like they’re being supported, so that’s what we do.

What makes you happy?
The people in my life!

My family is the fuel to my fire. Being a Mother and a Wife is my favorite part of myself. I’m so thankful for my family and their support in all my endeavors.

My clients! I have the best clients. Going to work and catching up with all my people is the best part of my job. My clients know that I have their best interests at heart every time they lay down in the treatment room and I’m very proud of that.
