Hi James, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.

At the beginning of the Covid pandemic.
(Picasso Pie Stone Fire Pizza)
As the previous company I worked for closed down.
So I had a woodfire pizza foodtruck built.
Spent every penny to my nameand others,
Lol.
And embarked on my first food venture.
It was a good business to get thru the times and I fell in Love with making gourmet Pizza Pie’s and see myself doing nothing else but making food moving forward.
After the Pandemic was over.
The foodtruck slowed down a bit.
As everything open Back up.
So, I sold the foodtruck and opened our first
