Today we’d like to introduce you to Elexi Boladian.
Hi Elexi, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Just like every person with a dream the difference between me and everyone else is I acted on my dream. What is my dream?
I started my hustling journey at a young age selling sneakers. Waiting on release day begging my mom to drive me to finish line. The hustle has always been in me. As I got older I saved up enough money to sell watches. That was my ultimate goal. I can confidently say I’m living that dream right now.
There was a point in my life where making $10,000 a month in revenue felt impossible. I remember staring at my phone, refreshing messages, hoping a client would respond, wondering if all the sacrifices were actually going to mean something one day. I would go out to bars, car meets, knock on law office doors, and anywhere I saw someone wearing a nice watch I would market myself to hopefully just get one customer. One person to believe in me vs going to store with a stronger reputation.
What people see now is the success. The watches. The network. The deals. The lifestyle. What they don’t see are the years behind it.
I started with less than $2,000 and entered one of the most unforgiving, capital-intensive industries imaginable. No blueprint. No investors backing me. Nobody in my family was in this industry. I didn’t inherit connections, clients, or opportunities. I had to pave my own way through relationships, trust, consistency, and building my capital one sale at a time.
What makes the journey even more personal is that in the beginning, I was also recovering from a college sports injury that mentally affected me more than people realized. There were moments where I felt lost trying to figure out who I was outside of athletics. The injury forced me into one of the darkest and most uncertain periods of my life. I found myself struggling mentally while trying to rebuild confidence, purpose, and direction at the same time.
Instead of letting that season break me, I used it as fuel.
I spent countless nights teaching myself the business while everyone else was asleep. There were days I questioned everything. Days I lost money. Days I felt embarrassed because I wasn’t where I wanted to be yet.
At the same time, I was juggling a full-time career in medical device sales while building this business on the side. There were periods where I was working three things at once trying to make every hour of the day count. Early mornings, late nights, airport terminals, red-eye flights, driving across states to meet clients face to face—whatever it took, I did it. I moved between different states, took risks people around me didn’t understand, and constantly pushed myself outside my comfort zone just to build relationships and network myself into rooms I had no business being in at the time.
In this industry, one mistake can ruin your reputation and destroy your network overnight. Every transaction carried pressure. Every client interaction mattered. I learned quickly that trust is worth more than money, and reputation is something you protect with your life.
Slowly, things started to change. One client turned into two. Two turned into referrals. Referrals turned into relationships. Relationships turned into opportunities I once could only dream about. The same people who doubted me started asking me how I did it.
Going from $10,000 a month in revenue to doing millions in sales didn’t happen overnight. It came from consistency during the seasons where there was no applause. It came from staying disciplined when results were invisible. It came from continuing to show up even when I was mentally exhausted.
The biggest lesson I learned is that success is rarely one big moment. It’s thousands of small moments where you choose not to quit.
Now at 25, I’m genuinely grateful for where I am. I’m not the biggest, and honestly, that’s okay. The goal was never to impress the world. The goal was to build something I truly love—something that could pay the bills, create freedom, and positively impact the people who trust me as their clients. I do not claim to be the biggest, I do not claim to be the richest, I just claim being a girl who cashed a passion, and made it reality. If you have a dream chase it. Dont chase money… chase passion.
And this is still only the beginning.
I am continuing to learn every day, and I am grateful for the people I have met along the way. Especially two individuals who became family to me during this journey. In life you can only go so far along. I could not have gotten this far without the support of mentors, dealers, and strangers who turned into clients. Recently I had one of the most known ufc fighters seek me out to sell him a watch. It shows that I am slowly building a name for myself. I can’t wait to see where this goes.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
definitely not I could talk about this for hours.
-not having enough capital
-building a reputation from zero
-risk on purchasing certain items
-late nights
-leaving a stable 9-5 to do this full time

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
I have loads of advice. I’d say if you truly love something no matter how hard it is to achieve the milestones in the journey on the way to your destination it will eventually happen if you never quit. I still have moments where I pinch my self I can’t believe I got this far. In life when you take risks you will be rewarded. It’s better to be in a position where one day you do not say to your self I wish I took the risk.
