What began as managing his own properties soon grew into a boutique property management and commercial real estate firm known for its strategic market expertise, hands-on approach, and commitment to both owners and tenants. As a property owner himself, Neil understands the importance of minimizing vacancies, protecting building value, optimizing returns, and creating positive tenant experiences.

Today, Cadman Group is recognized for its responsive service, thoughtful property management, and strong community involvement. Through its Cadman Cares initiative, the team remains dedicated to supporting local organizations and making a meaningful impact in the neighborhoods they serve. Scaling without losing the boutique, hands-on service we were founded on can be a challenge sometimes. That means being very intentional about building the right team and systems to stay responsive and consistent.

Over time, navigating market shifts and changing expectations has pushed us to stay adaptable and proactive. Each challenge ultimately helps shape a stronger, more thoughtful approach to how we manage properties today!
