Hi Marcos, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I am a commercial real estate agent who started the business helping traditional commercial landlords like most agents. After many hard years in the business with no real focus, I eventually saw a huge opportunity to deliver an exceptional experience to the business owners who are leasing and purchasing commercial properties. I found that many businesses and organizations are under-represented when dealing with commercial real estate and that they may not always get the attention they deserve. I started to focus on Business Owners. With this value add in-mind, I started to gear my entire Commercial real estate Business and social media towards helping business owners at the highest level possible. Today, our business is designed to service Business Operators at the best way possible by sourcing the best sites and intel and educating our audience. Our client base has expanded into helping national brands in addition to serving our cherished local restaurants and businesses.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The entire process has neither been a smooth road or lineal progression but the vision to help business owners in a unique way came from a collection of different moments that eventually turned into an ‘Aha’ moment. Alot of the struggles along the way came way before I decided to focus on businesses, years struggling in the business just trying to make ends meet. The other struggles have been trying to create something that is non traditional in my business and very experimental. Connecting an old school done business like commercial real estate brokerage which is a series of mostly very long term relationships and old school habits and flipping the focus from landlords to the occupier, while documenting our experience through social media which is not popular at all in commercial real estate, beyond your typical self promoting content like typical “just sold” posts. So bottom line struggle really is still trying to create something that doesn’t really exist in today’s world and trying to establish ourselves as the pioneer of new age commercial real estate business representation help, with a heavy emphasis on social media content.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We focus on helping business Owners with their commercial real estate decisions through education and execution. People should know that we specialize in working with restaurants, local chains, small businesses, start ups, and even visionaries or future business owners who may not have much right now beyond a long list of questions. We primarily represent businesses when dealing with commercial properties. So, from site selection, strategy calls, deal negotiation, tenant/buyer representation services, research/surveys, selling businesses, Business Owner Occupied Property Leasing or Real estate Dispositions, we can help handle A-Z when dealing with almost anything commercial real estate – if its not in our scope of services, we have the referrals that do. We are a one stop shop for all commercial real estate services for Businesses. We specialize in and are known a-lot for our restaurant work and client testimonial social media videos of us with our clients at their grand opening events. I think our focus of businesses especially through social media is very unique because they are virtually no real estate agents focused on capturing the niche we are documenting. I am most proud of our success stories of clients growth, clients’ opening multiple locations with us and of our collaborative client videos. I want the world to know that you as a business owner are a very precious thing to this world and alike any important thing, you deserve world class representation and busy business owners who are solving world problems should be able to pick up the phone at anytime and call someone they trust to be able to help with very large decisions in their life and business – CRE is no different.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
A lot of independent and unrelated people deserve credit who played a role in shaping my skills and experiences to be able to provide my services like brokers in my office who taught me the hard skills. One more recent person who deserves alot of credit is a mentee and junior business partner of mine, who saw and believed in my vision and helps me to this day with our business and my content. This junior associate started as an intern, believed in the business model and he supports me fulfill our mission, execute the work and helps me keep the vision alive.
