Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
7Q Spa started with two sisters who decided to give the beauty industry a shot. Noune being an expert in the business side and Lilia having the natural skills on the aesthetic side, together they were the perfect team. After years of hard work, they have established one of the top spas in Southern California.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The aesthetics industry is very competitive which makes it hard to stick out. There is no business you can start without obstacles and in this industry there are plenty. Getting our name up took years of nonstop effort and not giving up.

The main thing we focus on here at 7Q Spa is having our clients feel better about themselves. Our goal is for our clients to feel better inside and out from the services we provide and have a “home-like” feeling when they walk in. We are here to address the concerns the clients have or changes they feel they may need and give them the utmost satisfaction they deserve.
We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
We offer a variety of services and they all come with their own risks. Not everyone is the same, everyone reacts in a different way, and it’s very crucial to be on top of things so we can have a smooth operation. In regards to starting this business, the risk is very high. There are too many moving parts and it essentially requires a lot of attention. The business has to be treated as a newborn child. As has been established now, one difficulty is upholding our reputation. Being popular, having many clients, publicity, celebrity clients and collaborations, it can turn in a wrong direction very easily.
