Lauren, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Born and raised in Southern California, I have had a passion for jewelry making since I was five years old. Throughout my life I have adorned myself and others with my jewelry, wanting to make everyone feel as powerful as possible! In 2020 I decided to make my dreams become a reality and set forth to make Ginneca Row my full-time career. Ginneca Row can now be purchased in over 25 stores nationwide, in person at over five pop-ups a week and is constantly growing on all online platforms. We cannot wait to see what the future holds!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I grew up surrounded by entrepreneurs and knew that I wanted to be my own boss. The pandemic hit and I essentially had nothing to lose. I started by crafting together hoop earrings at my dinner table, getting my name out there and growing as a brand has been an unbelievable experience. To me, the struggles are all part of the journey and have taught me so much. I was in retail for about 13 years before starting my brand and In those experiences, I struggled to realize what it was I wanted to do with my life and what would make me happy. All of that led me to starting my brand. I am forever grateful for all of the challenges life has handed me as they’ve made me the woman I am today.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Ginneca Row is a line of 14k Gold Filled Jewelry made here in the USA. I specialize in layering necklaces and extremely lightweight hoops. My pieces have been seen on TV and are in the jewelry boxes of several celebrity clients. I am proud of where I have come from and where I am yet to journey to. Meeting all of our amazing clients and being able to have such special interactions at out pop-ups is something I feel so blessed to be able to do.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson I’ve learned thus far on my journey is that every season has a reason. Things happen in life and in business to teach you something, the silver lining Is that it is all extremely useful.
