Hi Ignacia, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started my business after I left my job for many years that I hold, I took some time off to think about what should I do and what I wanted to do best and i knew I’m good on taking care of any home, so that’s when I realized I was good in the cleaning business and It’s wasn’t easy but I was confident I can make it through.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
If wasn’t easy I cried many times when my client wasn’t satisfied with my work or performance.

I’m proud of my cleaning services that we provide because I try to always set the standard higher for my self and my clients and also I love my business and my clients and I’m building my brand in the industry.

How do you think about happiness?
I realize that I love when my client is happy with my work and that gives me a reason to be grateful and happy.
