Exploring Life & Business with Iesha Fox of Iesha Marie Fox

Today we’d like to introduce you to Iesha Fox.

Hi Iesha, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I got started in the fashion industry over 15 years ago after earning my degree in fashion design. What began as a passion for design evolved into styling, creative direction, and brand identity work as I realized many founders and business owners needed support aligning their visual presence with the level of business they were building.

Today, I work as a Brand Style Director styling women and men in business for campaigns, brand shoots, launches, and founder-facing brands. My work focuses on helping clients create a strong visual identity that brings more visibility, attraction, and alignment both online and in person.

I combine wardrobe styling, brand strategy, and experiential brand activations to help businesses create memorable and intentional brand presence.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
One of my biggest challenges was finding my true lane within the industry. Over the years, I worked across many areas of fashion and styling — from styling models for portfolios, to new artist development, to assisting on celebrity projects in Los Angeles. While those experiences taught me a lot, it took time to realize where I was truly meant to create impact.

The transition into working with founder-facing businesses, brand campaigns, and personal brand identity was one of the biggest shifts in my career. Learning to fully own that niche and position myself within it was not always easy, especially in such a broad and competitive industry. But once I understood that my strength was helping founders visually align their brand presence with their business goals, everything became more intentional and aligned.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Iesha Marie Fox?
People should know that my work goes far beyond styling clothing — I help founders and brands build confidence through brand identity and visual presence. I’m known for helping people embrace what makes them unique and use it as their advantage to stand out, build trust, and create stronger visibility both online and in person.

A large part of my process is helping women especially understand what works for their body type, power colors, and overall brand image. Those same colors and style elements often influence everything from their wardrobe to their campaigns, events, and even their branding and logo direction. I help clients create consistency in how they show up so their presence feels intentional in every room and across every platform.

My services include brand style direction, wardrobe styling, campaign creative direction, brand shoots, founder-facing visual strategy, closet edits, lookbook creation, and high-touch brand activations and events designed to elevate visibility and connection for growing brands.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
One of my favorite childhood memories was moving into the first home my mom purchased for our family when I was 5 years old. I remember choosing my bedroom at the front of the house because of the huge windows and being so excited about the walk-in closet. Even at that age, I was already thinking about how I wanted to decorate and style the space to make it feel unique to me.

Looking back, I realize creativity and personal style have always been a part of my life. Even then, I understood the emotional power of design, individuality, and how your environment and presentation can shape how you feel. That mindset has stayed with me into adulthood and continues to influence the way I approach branding, style, and identity today.
