Hi Adam, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started working in nightlife almost 20 years ago, my first job was with Tao Group’s marketing company in New York. Great experience but I knew I wanted to build something myself, that is when Affinity Nightlife was born. Grew the business to be one of the leading special event brands in New York before moving back to my hometown of Los Angeles in 2014. My connections in New York & bi-coastal clients allowed me to quickly have work here. Crazy it’s now been almost 15 years growing Affinity Nightlife. The company has generated over $500 million in event revenue & is now an experience agency curating immersive experiences that blend music, fashion, art, sports, and entertainment.

My portfolio includes prestigious events like the Grammys, Golden Globes, Coachella, and Super Bowl after-parties. Me & our business have been featured prominently in Billboard, Variety, and The Hollywood Reporter. Today my goal is to bring back Hollywood’s once vibrant event culture.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
There were moments where I was putting everything I had into the business financially, with no safety net. That creates a level of pressure that most people don’t see from the outside. As things began to gain traction, I also noticed more outside noise — people questioning what I was doing or speaking negatively, which can be difficult when you’re already taking risks. The biggest challenge has really been managing my mindset through all of it. Staying focused, protecting my mental health, and continuing to believe in what I’m building has been just as important as anything operational.

Affinity Nightlife is a premier Los Angeles-based event production, marketing, and casting company specializing in high-profile corporate events, star-studded red carpet afterparties, and immersive brand activations.

We are known for finding solutions to business problems that we can quantify. Our differentiation stems from listening to our clients kpi’s, coming up with a marketing solution and delivering as promised. I have found that people do not want more or less then what you have promised, they just want you to do what you said you would. We come up with a strategy, execute and deliver consistently. This has made our clients so happy they continue to work with us & refer others.

What’s next?
Looking ahead, I’m focused on expanding beyond events into a more holistic experience-driven business. That includes launching a podcast to share more personal insights and conversations around culture, business, and creative industries. I’m also developing a hospitality consulting arm, working with venues and brands on how to elevate their guest experience, positioning, and programming.

Long term, the goal is to continue building an experience agency that partners with brands, media companies, and talent to create culturally relevant moments that feel authentic and impactful.
