Daily Inspiration: Meet Remarni Reign

Today we’d like to introduce you to Remarni Reign.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I’m an artist, creative, and entrepreneur from Memphis, TN, currently building my brand as Remarni Reign. My journey started with music, but over time it evolved into something much bigger like storytelling, visual direction, branding, and creating experiences that connect with people emotionally. I’ve always been drawn to creativity, whether it was writing music growing up, developing concepts, or finding ways to turn ideas into something tangible.
Like many independent artists, my path hasn’t been linear. I’ve had to navigate rebranding, personal growth, financial challenges, and learning the business side of the industry while still staying true to myself creatively. Those experiences pushed me to become more intentional about the kind of artist and woman I want to be. Instead of trying to fit into one box, I embraced being multidimensional.
As I continued growing, I began building not only my music career, but also ventures in beauty, fashion, and business. I’m passionate about creating luxury-driven brands and projects that make people feel confident, empowered, and seen. A big part of my journey has also been resilience by continuing to create even during difficult seasons and using those moments as inspiration for my art.
Today, I’m focused on expanding the Remarni Reign brand through music releases, visual storytelling, creative collaborations, and entrepreneurship with my hair line J&E Hair Co. Everything I create is rooted in authenticity, elevation, and evolution. I feel like I’m still at the beginning of something much bigger, and I’m excited for people to grow with me as the journey continues.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No, it definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but I think that’s what shaped me the most. One of the biggest challenges has been balancing creativity with the realities of business and personal growth. As an independent artist and entrepreneur, you wear so many hats at once like being a creator, marketer, strategist, and visionary. There’s a lot of trial and error that comes with figuring things out on your own.
I’ve also gone through periods of rebranding and rediscovering myself creatively. Stepping into the Remarni Reign identity was deeper than just changing a name for me because it represented growth, confidence, and becoming more aligned with who I truly am as both an artist and a person. That transition came with moments of uncertainty, self doubt, and learning how to trust my own vision and my team Midtown Records even when things weren’t moving as quickly as I wanted them to.
Another struggle has been staying consistent through personal and financial pressures while still trying to build something meaningful long term. There were moments where I had to push through behind the scenes health issues and continue showing up for my goals anyway. But honestly, those experiences gave me resilience and helped me develop a stronger sense of purpose.
I’ve learned that the journey isn’t really about having a perfect path but it’s about evolving through every stage and continuing to create despite the challenges. Every setback taught me something valuable and helped shape the direction I’m moving in now.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a singer/ songwriter, creative director, entrepreneur, and CEO of my own hair company J&E Hair Co. Musically, I’m known for creating emotionally driven projects that blend vulnerability, confidence, femininity, and storytelling. Some of my standout projects include Vintage Vagina and Maybe I am Toxic. I’m also currently working on my sophomore EP Hood Popstaar, which I’m developing alongside my new team at Midtown Records. Each project reflects different stages of my growth as both an artist and a woman, and I love creating music that feels cinematic, relatable, and authentic.
Outside of music, I’m also the CEO of my hair company, where I sell luxury hair extensions and hair care products designed for all hair types. My brand focuses on quality, confidence, and helping women feel their best through beauty and self-care. I’m proud of being able to build both my artistry and my businesses at the same time while staying true to my vision.
What sets me apart is that I’m not just focused on making music but I’m building a full brand and lifestyle around who I am creatively. Everything I create, from visuals to music to business, is intentional and rooted in authenticity. People can learn more about my work, music, and brand through reetheboss.com and jnehairco.com.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
I just want to encourage people to stay focused on their purpose, even when the path isn’t clear or easy. Nothing about my journey has been perfect, but consistency, faith, and discipline have carried me through every stage.
You really can become anything you put your mind to if you stay grounded, keep going, and keep God first through it all. As it says in Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.” That mindset has been a big part of how I move in life and in my career.
