Daily Inspiration: Meet Kristina Bethea, Entrepreneur

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kristina Bethea, Entrepreneur.

Hi Kristina, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My name is Kristina ‘KB’ Bethea and I’m an entrepreneur. I live a virtual lifestyle while growing three different businesses. One of them a clothing line called bésik (basic).

bésik first started as a web design company idea and used the same concept to create something tangible.

bésik is a custom clothing line that empowers people to achieve greatness by starting with the basics and to be themselves.

The motto is: keep it simple, keep it bésik.

People have the ability to modify the brand by changing it’s original colors and placing the logo wherever they’d like.

There’s over 300 products in the online store at besik.co from men’s to women’s to kid’s clothing.

Aside from bésik, I’m a Forex Educator where I help people become independent traders to be able to understand the foreign exchange markets and obtaining profits, and also a web/mobile app developer.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Of course not. At some point, there will be bumps in the road and when that happens you just have to find a way over the bump and not around it. It may require work upfront, but the outcome will be satisfying.

Some of the struggles with bésik in the beginning was purchasing a lot of inventory and not being able to sell it because people wanted different styles.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Aside from my clothing line, bésik, I’m a Forex Trader & Educator where I help people become independent traders to be able to understand the foreign exchange markets and obtaining profits, and also a web/mobile app developer. I day trade almost every day while also setting time aside to scale my development business; to obtain new prospects and new clients.

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Fashion is constantly changing, new trends are happening and can be tough to keep up. With clothing, if you stand strong behind the meaning and purpose it will thrive.

Web/mobile apps will continue to be needed across the world as new businesses arrive and with the expansion of current ones.

I don’t see a big shift happening in the forex market except new traders getting their feet wet to explore new ways of passive income.

Pricing:

  • Websites starting at $500
  • Business Logos (3) for $75
  • App Development starting at $5,000
