Hi Jonah, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Oh, thank you so much for having me! How I started is such an interesting thing to ponder. I never took a conventional path, but I was never meant to. My journey has been one of deep transformation, countless deaths and rebirths, and the remembrance of who I am beyond this human form. From a young age, I found myself in a caretaker role, holding space for others before I even understood what that meant. I learned resilience through survival, moving out on my own at sixteen, balancing high school and full-time work, and navigating a world that demanded I grow up fast.

For years, I was caught in cycles of struggle—homelessness, substance abuse, and relationships that mirrored my unhealed wounds and programing. I believed survival was all there was, that life was something to endure rather than something to fully embody. But even in the darkest moments, something within me never fully broke. My spirit was always whispering, always guiding. The breaking point came when I realized that survival wasn’t enough. That there was more than just the endless cycles of suffering. I wanted to live, to be free—fully, intentionally, and with purpose.

In 2018, my Kundalini journey began, though I didn’t fully recognize it at the time. It moved through me like a quiet current at first, subtly unraveling illusions, dissolving layers of conditioning, and shifting the very foundation of who I thought I was. It wasn’t a single moment of awakening, but a continuous unfolding—each initiation guiding me deeper into remembrance. Looking back now, I realize that this was what started the shifting of my reality. What helped me to break out of the cycles I had been in. By 2021, my Kundalini had fully risen, breaking me open in ways I could never have anticipated. It was a crumbling of everything I knew, an unrelenting force that stripped away everything false and illuminated what had always been real. And still, the journey continues. My Kundalini moves through me, reshaping, refining, and revealing. It is a living energy, a sacred fire that keeps stripping me down to the rawest truth of my pure essence.

It feels like I have lived a thousand lives in this one. Each chapter, each moment, each breath—an initiation into deeper remembrance. I was never meant to follow a linear path, to color inside the lines of what life was supposed to be. I have always been one to feel deeply, to move through this world with an untamed heart, to let the unseen guide my steps.

My journey is not one of healing—it is one of becoming. Of shedding what was never mine, of softening into my own divinity, of allowing my essence to take up space in the physical. I am not just a healer; I am a devotee to life itself. A lover. A poet. A muse. A vessel for the sacred and the sensual, the cosmic and the raw.

I have danced with the darkness, let it carve me into something freer, something wilder, something that has always been me. I have stood beneath the sun, skin kissed by golden light, feeling the hum of the universe in my bones. I have whispered to the wind, to the stars, to the sacred spaces between breaths. Every moment, I am weaving myself into existence—creating, expressing, being.

Life is not something to fix or figure out; it is something to be tasted. To be savored. To be felt with every inch of one’s being. I am here to experience it all—to let love wreck me, to let art move through me, to be a living poem, a walking prayer, an open channel for the divine.

So this is where we are today, on a journey of radiance, of presence, of unapologetic embodiment. I am here to shine my essence into the physical, to live as love itself, to remind others that they, too, are a masterpiece in motion.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Smooth? Not even close. But I don’t think I was meant to walk a smooth road—I was meant to walk a road that carved me into who I am. We came to this Earth to experience it all – the messy and the beautiful. My struggles were initiations in disguise.

From a young age, I was placed in roles that required me to be stronger than I should have had to be – being the mother to my own mother and brothers. Moving out at sixteen, balancing survival with school and work, navigating homelessness, diving deep into an abusive narcissistic relationship, and falling into cycles of substance abuse were all part of my story. I thought struggle was just life itself—that to exist meant to endure.

The deeper I walked this path, the more I realized that the external chaos was only reflecting what was unresolved within me. I allowed people to take from me because I hadn’t yet claimed my own worth. I stayed in draining situations because I hadn’t fully remembered my sovereignty. Even as I stepped into my awakening, I encountered false mentors, energy siphoning, and the weight of projections from those who feared my light because I myself feared my own light.

And yet, I wouldn’t change any of it. Every initiation, every loss, every moment of pain was a threshold I had to cross to become who I am. It taught me discernment. It taught me sovereignty. It taught me that nothing outside of me holds my power—I do.

The road has not been smooth, but it has been sacred. It has stripped me down and built me back up. And through it all, I have learned how to walk it with grace, with fire, with unwavering trust in my own becoming and with God.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
We could use many labels and identities to answer this but we’ll keep it simple. I Am a quantum energy healer, channel, and guide. I assist those on the path of awakening as they navigate the complexities of the human experience. My work is about more than healing—it’s about liberation and transcendence. I help people shed, release, and deprogram the layers of fear, pain, and trauma they carry, integrating the wisdom from their experiences, so they can step into their most authentic expression. This is about full embodiment of your pure essence—not just awakening to the divine within, but living it, breathing it, anchoring it into the physical. Reclaiming your power and sovereignty, returning to the heart, awakening to the truth of your pure essence.

At the heart of my work lies a deep belief: we are fully human and fully divine. We are spiritual beings having a human experience, and both aspects deserve to be honored. This Truth is the foundation of everything I do. Awakening is not about transcending our humanity—it is about anchoring our divine essence into every moment, into the way we move, create, love, and express ourselves. To feel our Divine essence incarnate.

My practice and energy is a multidimensional mix of Shakti, the Venusian Rose Lineage, Angelic realm, Elemental realm, Earth and the Cosmos. Weaving these frequencies into everything I do. Through the transformative power of light codes, the flow of Christ Consciousness, Sophia frequencies, and Universal Quantum energy, I hold space for healing and activation, guiding others back to their own remembrance.

I do not subscribe to the “love and light only” narrative. I honor the full spectrum of the human experience, including the shadows, because they are sacred teachers. True liberation comes from embracing and integrating all aspects of ourselves—the raw, the unfiltered, the untamed. Whether someone is just beginning to explore their spirituality or is already deeply immersed, I meet them where they are, offering support that is both grounded and expansive. My approach is holistic, compassionate, and deeply transformative, holding space for both the mundane and the cosmic.

Alongside my intuitive gifts—Claircognizance, Clairsentience, and Clairaudience—I bring the wisdom of my own path, one of deep initiations, healing, and self-awareness. My certifications in Reiki Mastery, Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and more inform my work, but at its core, my practice is an organic flow of energy channeled from higher realms to align with the unique needs of each sacred container. This isn’t about dependency on a healer—it’s about empowerment. You are your own healer, your own channel, your own guide. My role is simply to channel through the codes and frequencies needed for your own energy to activate and re-calibrate.

Beyond my sessions, I channel divinely infused body oils and sprays that activate deeper remembrance and connection. My essence is woven into everything I create, each offering carrying an energetic transmission of remembrance, alignment, and empowerment. These are not just physical creations; they are vibrational tools infused with divine intention, encoded with frequencies from higher dimensions, and designed to shift energy on a soul level. Every blend, every mist, every anointing is a bridge between the physical and the spiritual—a ritual, a frequency, a shift. What sets me apart, beside my unique energy signature and frequencies, is that my work is not separate from who I am—I embody it. I walk this path not just as a healer but as a living expression of the divine-human experience. I do not just guide others through their awakening; I live in the constant unfolding of my own. My work is not about escaping this world but about bringing heaven into it—anchoring divine essence into the physical and making the unseen tangible. I am a vessel for the divine to flow through and work through. Bridging Earth and Ether.

Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
In the beginning of my awakening, there were several books, tools, and teachings that helped me strengthen my intuitive gifts and expand my awareness. A few that resonated deeply at the time were The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, Psychic Empath by Kimberly Moon, tarot cards, Reiki teachings, and Kundalini yoga trainings. These resources served as stepping stones—helpful guides that supported my journey of remembering who I was beyond conditioning and limitation.

However, as I deepened into my path, I realized that no book, no teacher, no external tool could ever replace my own inner knowing. At some point, we must all arrive at the truth that everything we seek is already within us. The mind will always crave more knowledge, another book, another podcast, another teaching to validate what we already feel. But true wisdom doesn’t come from endlessly seeking outside of ourselves—it comes from remembering within.

There is nothing wrong with expanding our awareness or seeking guidance from a teacher, mentor, or resource that resonates. In fact, sometimes these connections and teachings are exactly what we need at certain points in our journey. But they should serve as reminders—not replacements—for our own wisdom. A mentor can guide, a book can offer insight, a practice can open doors, but at the end of the day, your own inner guidance system, your own connection to Source, your own kingdom within is what must be relied on.

You are going to have to become your own spiritual authority. You do not need another book to tell you what is right for you. You do not need another TikTok, YouTube video, or Instagram post to show you the way. The way has always been inside of you. The more you trust your own inner guidance, the more life will naturally lead you to the teachings, teachers, and experiences that are truly aligned with your unique path.

There is no one way to awaken. There is no one path to embodiment. What resonates for one may not resonate for another, and that is the beauty of this human experience. We are all walking different roads back to the same truth—our divine nature. The moment you stop looking for external validation and start listening to the wisdom of your own soul, the guidance you need will arrive effortlessly.

So while books, teachings, and practices can be wonderful tools along the way, they are not the destination. You are the source. The answers are already inside of you. And when you surrender to that knowing, the universe aligns to meet you exactly where you are.
