Today we’d like to introduce you to Ines Davrainville.
Hi Ines, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I grew up between Switzerland and the South of France, which definitely shaped a lot of my perspective aesthetically and creatively. I’ve always been drawn to fashion, branding, storytelling, and creating worlds people want to be a part of. After moving to LA, I worked in fashion PR and talent/influencer spaces while also building my own brand, Nes Club, which started from this idea that personalization makes things feel emotional and memorable. I wanted to create pieces that felt playful, feminine, and personal at the same time.
So, I naturally started creating content online around my life, humor, relationships, routines, travel, wellness, and all the little chaotic/funny moments of modern girlhood. A lot of it happened pretty organically. I’ve always loved internet culture , pop culture and storytelling, and over time I found a voice that felt very “me”: feminine, self-aware, a little unserious, but still aesthetic and intentional.
Now I’m in this really exciting phase where all those worlds are kind of merging together which is amazing. I feel really grateful that I get to build a career around things I genuinely love and naturally talk about every day.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely not a smooth road, although I think social media can make it look that way sometimes. Building something creatively while also trying to figure yourself out personally, not to mention the constant comparisons is honestly really challenging. There have been a lot of moments of self-doubt, crashing out, and questioning whether I was doing enough or even if I should do it at all.
I also think being a creator today comes with this weird pressure to constantly evolve while still staying authentic to yourself, which can be difficult. There’s definitely been trial and error in finding my voice online and understanding what kind of content actually feels aligned versus what just performs well temporarily.
At the same time, a lot of those challenges ended up shaping my work in a positive way. I think the reason people connect with my content now is because it’s become more honest, self-aware, and grounded in my actual personality and experiences rather than trying to fit into a certain image.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I work across a mix of content creation, branding, and creative direction, with a lot of my work centered around storytelling and building emotionally engaging brands and visuals. I’m also the founder of Nes Club, a personalization-focused fashion brand that grew from my love of fashion and self expression.
On the content side, I create feminine lifestyle content centered around modern girlhood, relationships, routines, wellness, fashion, travel with a comedic slightly chaotic twist. I think what sets my work apart is that it’s aesthetically intentional while still feeling very self-aware and human. I never want things to feel overly polished or detached from real life.
A lot of my favorite work lives somewhere between humor, branding, and cultural observation. I love taking everyday experiences and turning them into something cinematic, relatable, or funny in a way that feels very internet-native but still elevated visually.
What I’m probably most proud of is building a creative career that feels genuinely aligned with my personality and perspective rather than trying to fit into one category. I’ve learned that people connect most when things feel specific, honest, and recognizable.
What’s next?
Right now I’m really focused on continuing to build a career that feels creatively exciting but also genuinely sustainable which I think is harder than social media makes it look. I want to keep growing both my content and brand worlds in a way that still feels personal, inspiring and FUN.
I’m also excited to continue growing Nes Club and expanding it beyond just products into more of a full creative/lifestyle world. A lot of what interests me lately lives at the intersection of fashion, humor, branding, internet culture, and storytelling, so I’m excited to keep exploring that more.
Overall, I think the goal is to keep building a career where I get to create things that are aesthetically intentional but still feel human and recognizable. I never want my work to feel overly polished or disconnected from real life, I think people connect most to honesty, specificity, and a little bit of humor.
