Daily Inspiration: Meet B-It Studios

Today we’d like to introduce you to B-It Studios.

B-it, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’m DreL7, a creative from California and the Co–Creative Director of B-it Cinema under B-it Studios.
What started as a social media agency is now evolving into something much bigger, as we continue expanding our horizons across multiple creative industries. One Step at a time

On February 15, 2026, we officially launched B-it Studios alongside our CEO, Kayla Holland, with one clear goal in mind: to build an agency dedicated to discovering underrated talent and helping bring their work to a wider audience. Since then, I’ve been focused on shaping creative direction, building projects, and contributing to something bigger than myself—creating opportunities for others while continuing to grow as an artist.

As of now, B-it Studios has expanded into two main branches: B-it Music, which focuses on musicians and musical artists, and B-it Cinema, which supports voice actors. We’re also in the early stages of expanding into B-it Style, which will highlight models, influencers, content creators, dancers, graphic designers, and video editors—continuing our mission to create a space where all forms of creativity can grow and be seen.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been a completely smooth road—like any growing company, we’ve faced our share of challenges. From navigating transitions with former team members to overcoming internal growing pains, each obstacle has tested us.

However, those experiences have ultimately strengthened us. They’ve helped us refine our vision, build resilience, and stay focused on our long-term goals. Every challenge has been a steppingstone, pushing us to grow and continue building toward the future we believe in.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’m William Diorel Villanueva, also known as DReL7, and I serve as the Co–Creative Director of B-It Cinema under B-It Studios. I’m a multidisciplinary creative—I’m a singer-songwriter performing under the name DReL7, I co-host the podcast The Padded Cell, and I’m the writer of the upcoming sci-fi comedy- voice drama series Andromeda, which will be produced under B-It Studios.

I specialize in storytelling across multiple platforms—music, film, and digital media—and I’m passionate about helping bring fresh talent and unique ideas to life. I’m most proud of being part of B-It Studios’ mission to discover underrated artists and give them a platform to reach the world, while also building my own projects from the ground up.

What sets me apart is my ability to bridge different creative worlds—I combine music, writing, and production with a hands-on approach to mentorship and creative direction. I focus not just on creating content, but on shaping experiences and opportunities that resonate with audiences and uplift other creatives along the way.

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
What I like best about Burbank is that it’s really convenient—everything’s close by, from fast-food chains to malls, shopping centers, and other stores. It makes getting around and accessing what you need really easy.

What I like least is the overcrowding during rush hours and the heavy traffic. It can get a bit hectic, but that’s just part of city life.
