Hi Valerya, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Since childhood, I dreamed of becoming a designer. I spent countless hours crafting jewelry, captivated by colorful beads and visions of a little boutique filled with my handmade creations. At 12, I was already selling my pieces, closing my eyes to imagine new designs, and envisioning people everywhere adorned in my jewelry. Colors and gemstones inspired me deeply; I was certain I would one day open an exclusive jewelry boutique.

But as I approached adulthood, practicality took over. I chose a more secure path and studied Accounting at one of the country’s top universities. Six years later, I became a CPA, working in a prestigious accounting firm. Yet, despite my success, something was missing—my passion for jewelry never faded.

Everything changed when my husband gifted me a magical sapphire necklace. The moment I held it, I felt an incredible surge of energy, reminding me of the strength and joy jewelry brings. It was a turning point: I decided to leave my stable career behind and follow my heart.

That decision led me to create Valltasy—a name reflecting my own journey: Vall’s fantasy come true through hard work, dedication, and passion. Today, Valltasy has grown into a brand that uplifts and inspires women worldwide. My mission is to add color, happiness, and confidence to their lives through each unique piece of jewelry. Every design is crafted to make the world a little brighter and encourage everyone to believe in their own dreams, just as I did.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Starting Valltasy has been an amazing but challenging journey! My passion for designing colorful gemstone jewelry kept me going, but there were definitely hurdles along the way.

At first, with so many jewelry designers out there I knew I had to not just create unique pieces but also build trust. I did this by delivering high-quality jewelry and forming personal connections with my customers – honestly, I still do a happy dance every time I get a positive message! 🙂

Running everything solo was another big challenge. From designing and crafting to handling customer inquiries and admin work, I had to juggle it all. It taught me to manage my time better and recognize that sometimes, I need to take a break – entrepreneurs deserve rest too! 🙂

Instagram was (and still is) key. With so much content out there, standing out wasn’t easy, but now I’m proud to connect with over 98,000 followers every day!

Balancing work and personal life was one of the hardest parts. Since my jewelry is meant to bring joy, I had to make sure I prioritized my own happiness too. That self-care helped me infuse positivity into my designs, which I hope inspires the amazing women who wear Valltasy.

The journey hasn’t always been smooth, but every challenge has shaped Valltasy into what it is today – a brand that celebrates resilience, color, and joy!

My biggest supporter has always been my husband. From the very beginning, when no one else believed in my dream, he stood by my side, encouraging me every step of the way. Whenever I felt overwhelmed or unsure, he was the one reminding me, “Everything will be great.” He’s not just my cheerleader; he’s my rock. Whether it’s helping with something practical or just being there with reassuring words, his unwavering support has been the foundation of Valltasy’s success. I’m beyond grateful for his belief in me and my vision – it made all the difference. 💖
