Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I was born in Honduras and come from a hardworking family of six siblings, where strong values and discipline were part of everyday life. I also live with hemophilia, which has taught me resilience, responsibility, and the importance of taking care of myself while continuing to move forward.

Today, I’m a husband and a father of two, and my faith as a Christian plays a central role in my life. It shapes my decisions, my work ethic, and how I treat others. My biggest role models are Jesus and my parents, who taught me integrity, perseverance, and the value of serving others.

Last year, I took a major step and founded my company, ROSE COMPANY, a professional cleaning service. In our very first year, we successfully cleaned over a thousand homes, which reflects not only hard work but also consistency and a strong commitment to quality. We are based in Santa Clarita, but we proudly serve clients across Los Angeles County.

I believe in maintaining a winning mindset, inspired by figures like Cristiano Ronaldo and Kobe Bryant — discipline, focus, and always pushing to be better.

Overall, my journey is about growth, faith, and building something meaningful for my family and my community.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No — it hasn’t been a smooth road, and honestly, that’s where most of the growth has come from.

I’ve had to overcome personal challenges, including living with hemophilia, which has taught me discipline and how to keep moving forward even when things aren’t easy. Starting my business, ROSE COMPANY, also came with its own struggles — building a client base from zero, earning trust, managing operations, and staying consistent while providing high-quality service.

There were moments of uncertainty, long days, and tough decisions, especially balancing work with being a husband and father. But coming from a hardworking family and being guided by my faith helped me stay grounded and focused.

I also push myself to keep a strong mindset, inspired by people like Kobe Bryant and Cristiano Ronaldo — showing up every day, staying disciplined, and always aiming to improve.

At the end of the day, the challenges have shaped me. They’ve made me more resilient, more focused, and more committed to building something meaningful.

I’m the owner of ROSE COMPANY, a professional cleaning service based in the South Bay of Los Angeles. We specialize in working with property managers and realtors, providing high-quality cleaning for move-ins, move-outs, and post-construction projects.

Our focus is simple: fast turnaround times, consistent quality, and reliable communication. We understand that in real estate, timing is everything — a delay in cleaning can delay a showing, a closing, or a new tenant. That’s why we operate with urgency and clear scheduling.
