Conversations with Nicole Wallace

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicole Wallace.

Hi Nicole, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I began dancing at the age of 2 and started competing at age 8. Dance became my life, so naturally I became a professional dancer dancing in the NBA for the Pacers in Indiana for 4 years and performing in music videos.

I decided to chase my bigger dreams of modeling and acting, so I moved to Miami where the creator economy is huge and commercial modeling opportunities are popping. I’d love to move to LA for the next steps in my career!

Until then, I have been walking for Miami swim week, Ibiza swim week, New York fashion week, and have been seen in many commercials and print work. I LOVE creating lifestyle and travel content and I’m passionate about helping others reach their dreams and goals through my modeling agency: Bold Talent Management.

My next goal is to grow my audience, start a brand, and book larger films!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Of course not! I tore both of my ACL’s and my meniscus in high school before going pro. This really caused stress and hindered my career, but as you can see everything worked out! I also had a large, noncancerous tumor in my kidney that caused problems I had to have surgery to remove a few years ago. This is where my dance career pretty much ended, but scars and all I wore them proud while modeling.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
A former nba cheerleader, I now am most known for modeling. However, I am mostly creating UGC and am pushing content as an influencer/creator more than ever. I also am an actress who would love to take more classes and be seen in more films! I’m most proud of never giving up even during instability. What sets me apart from others is that I will always find a way – it’s what I’m good at.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Success to me is trying. You’ll never know if you never try.
