Today we’d like to introduce you to Lxgit

Hi LXGIT, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I originally had a passion and love for music at a very young age. One of the first jobs I could remember my dad having he managed a warehouse music store locally in LA, I would get all the fresh demos and singles for free so I felt the connection early on. Hip-hop was a huge part of my foundation, including my father and many other individuals in my family have always expressed themselves through music and spoken-word.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Perspective is everything, I believe no one’s road to success is easy, it’s all a mindset and how you deal with the obstacles at hand. I was once a devoted athlete who had struggled with injury so my journey in music started with adversity of redirecting where I wanted to put my efforts to be. I found my purpose in a sense.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
Being a Hip-Hop producer and artist I am known for having a wide-range of production presence. As well as being able to write and perform my songs thoroughly. What sets me apart from my peers is my ability to execute original punchlines and cadences with positive intent. Inspiring listeners to stay the course and be the change they seek to be.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
One thing people might not know is that I’m a 4th generation musician in my family, yet I had no intention of making this a career growing up. It was meant to be.
