Conversations with Lauren Galla-Rini

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lauren Galla-Rini.

Hi Lauren, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I found myself in awe of the world when I was traveling Europe in my early twenties. Traveling led me to discover a passion for relationships, design, and culture – which led me to a curiosity of how I could combine all these interests in one. I soon realized that wedding planning was the perfect intersection of these three elements for me.

Once I returned home, I found myself taking every opportunity to be part of every wedding I possibly could – from weddings amongst family and friends to ones in my local community, too. I soon started an internship at a reputable California wedding planning company to gain professional experience in my budding passion.

The first wedding I interned at felt as if I had been granted an aerial view of one of the best moments in a person’s life. I was able to catch a glimpse of the groom seeing his bride for the first time. I watched their parents well up in tears as they witnessed their once-babies exchange lifetime vows. I heard the guests’ laughter and pure joy as they danced and sang to familiar songs. I did not only observe these moments – I had been given the privilege to contribute to them, too.

I knew from that very first wedding that I needed to be a part of this for the rest of my life. A couple of years later, I created My Beloved Events so I could cultivate unforgettable moments both for couples and for myself. My all-inclusive services take all the stress out of planning a wedding, enabling you to have the smoothest, most enjoyable engagement and Big Day possible.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The main challenge I have faced is growing a family and business at the same time. It has a few obstacles to it but both are so rewarding and I wouldn’t change a thing!
