Conversations with Alexa Fanchette Brown

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexa Fanchette Brown.

Hi Alexa Fanchette, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I always knew from a young age. I wanted to build something that would impact the world in a positive way. I’m also incredibly creative, which led me to the fields of personal development, acting, and writing. I have never liked boxes or the status quo. I have always liked the freedom of being whatever whenever it suited me, which is part of the reason why I got into personal development it focuses on expansion and being the highest expression of yourself, which is what I want to in stealing people they’re allowed to be whatever they want to. I want people to authentically be themselves unencumbered by the rules of society..

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s definitely had its ups and downs with all of the fields that I’m in. I’m in fields that nobody cares until you’re famous. It takes an incredible amount of devotion, dedication, and self-assurance to be able to go out with very little validation and show up in these fields.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am an actress, writer and leading light in personal development. In acting i’m either known for playing the bombshell or the high maintenance friend. As far as personal development may need to my content is knowing your worth my belief is that we are worthy or existing we are not here to prove that we are worthy of existing. What set me a part is that I have a very soft and nurturing delivery to most of my content like most motivational/person development speakers are kind of harsh. My tone is more soft and sweet and mothering in a way.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson that I’ve learned is focusing on the positive and celebrating your small wins. Baby steps are better than no motion.
