Conversations with the Inspiring Ursula Lentine

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ursula Lentine.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I have always been on my spiritual path, it runs in my family, it seemed natural to me. I have kept this part of my life to myself. My Grandma read Tarot cards for her friends, her sister took people on pilgrimages to Fatima and performed healings in her home, she was always praying for people.

I was raised in a strict Catholic school and household.  By the time I was in the 7^thgrade I realized I was not getting the Spiritual answers I was looking for. When I moved to LA at 18 years old, I couldn’t study enough. My best friend and I went to every seminar, spiritual practice and teaching; you name it- we tried it. We went to Deepak Chopra before he was known. My first career was as a professional model with Elite and acting with Wilhelmina. Living large, happy camper, applying the teachings. I got married and stopped studying. Forgot who I really was and had an unfulfilling, isolated marriage. 911 hit and I woke up then left that lifestyle and started over from scratch.

Then, I found metaphysics again, I picked up where I left off. I had to crawl before I could walk, but I stuck to it and got back on my feet. I climbed up the residential Real Estate ladder, got my broker’s license, then the crash happened in 2008. I thought, “Hell why am I doing all this work. If things can get ripped away like this then I might as well be doing something meaningful with my life.” I finally surrendered into why I am on the planet. I got my ministerial license with Centers for Spiritual Living, a six-year study program. I took every Pranic Healing class that was offered and became a Certified Pranic Healer and teacher. I studied subconscious work called Internal Family Systems, and took 300 hours of training with that.

I work hard and don’t stop until I have reached the highest level, so I could be at my best in whatever I do.
I built up my private practice. I have been doing healing work full time since 2010.

Has it been a smooth road?
Life changes, I thought, “Oh darn, I failed at this, that ended, I had to start all over again.” Then, I realized, no I didn’t fail, each thing I did, I did well, I showed up 100% and have proof that I succeeded. Entrepreneurs have several careers, that’s how it goes. I have been through many changes and each thing I did was worth it. I always grow from every experience and improve myself in any way that I can. Being flexible has been an asset, being brave has been necessary. I would die doing a 9 to 5 job, working for someone else, that’s just not me. I would rather risk and live, then play it safe and be numb.

Please tell us more about your work, what you are currently focused on and most proud of.
I love my work. I live a life that I have designed for myself. I am at peace. I feel grateful. I don’t have problems or drama. I am smart and I like to grow. It’s taken work to get here, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. There is always room for improvement, and I continue to look for what is next. Growth is inevitable, might as well choose it.

My ministerial work has been focused on children and specifically teenagers. I have spent years working with young people, teaching them life tools such as self-respect, speaking their truth, being open and creating their own reality.

My favorite thing to do is private session subconscious work. It’s the real deal. So many clients have said, “Oh my God, I have done therapy for (5 to 20) years and have never even touched these issues and you have helped me clear them out. People’s lives literally can change in an hour. It’s the most transformative work I know about. At the end of the day, It’s very rewarding for me to know I have helped people unburden their suffering from addiction, molestation, family issues, suicidal thoughts, self-hatred, cancer, dying, and all sorts of problems. I am doing the work I was meant to do.

These days, I am branching out more to offer workshops and continue public speaking. I like creating videos and share what I know through to my YouTube channel too.

I am teaching Pranic Healing Classes again. It’s such an incredible life skill. Parents of babies and children should take this class. Anyone one in the healing field – medical and alternative, need to take this class. People who have health issues. Teachers and instructors are other people that would benefit from this class. It’s the science and practical application of energy. Our bodies are made up of energy, that’s what is beating our heart and breathing our lungs, it’s in the oxygen molecules floating around. There is a WAY to understand it and work with it. We can prevent ourselves from getting drained and sick, we can reverse negative effects emotionally, mentally and even physically. It’s simple and makes perfect sense. I am excited to teach again. It’s a practical way to improve our lives.

One activity that has brought me great joy is leading the Twin Hearts Meditation in a group weekly since 2008.
